And since MMOs usually offer one or two months free subscription with the retail package, you should be able to tell if the quality level is up to your standards BEFORE you ever pay a subscription fee. There's also a subtle difference between "professional and timely" and "unreasonable". Again, explain how PWs run their show better than company-run MMO servers. And if you can't, then perhaps you can explain why companies should offer the service FOR FREE?
