I saw the wikipedia on Obsidian and it said 135 devs, is that right?

I'd like to know what US state(project codename) MotB and SoZ's are named after.

Anybody know?

Wouldn't '135 employees' include people like Rob Ginnis (community manager) as well though? Heck, it could even include secretaries and whatnot.

Probably. I think McGnome's been promoted to assistant producer on SoZ though.

Really? I really must keep better track of things. Nobody's replaced him tho, right?

Is it just me, or am I paranoid? How come you're asking?

Won't be too long before Obsidian will be anything but small. 135 and counting. Next up 200 employees. Plus, 3 games in development (and a 4th in secret maybe shhh). Not bad, not bad.

DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.

Next thing you know Obsidian will be this huge company, and I'll be this insignificant individual who saw the whole trip but wasn't along for the ride...

Dawes ain't too bright. Hitting rock bottom is when you leave 2 tickets on the dash of your car, leave it unlocked hoping someone will steal them & when you come back, there are 4 tickets on your dashboard.

Sad to say; but you already are. So am I. They make games for lots of people not just individuals.

Nonsense. I could easily divide any of you.

well, I didn't see that coming :brows:

How can it be a no ob build. It has PROVEN effective. I dare you to show your builds and I will tear you apart in an arugment about how these builds will won them.

135 people is a nice number - it gives significant development strength, yet is still small enough that most people are at least familiar with one another if not know each other.

Come on, everybody knows that you need separate people to pull chairs or to push chairs, as well as to turn lights on and to turn lights on. We also need separate people for each key to be tapped.

Hmm... With 135 developers and 4 games, that's like 33.75 (LOL) per game - that's not much. Or do you count the "135" as developers or employees?
