Hurlshort Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Lord of the Rings + DX10 + running on high res = purty time. Seriously, everything looks insanely good. Screenshots don't do it justice. I'll jump on The Witcher when I have a couple hours to play.
Tel Aviv Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Any of you jerks heard of an Arcanum mod, CarArcanum or Carcanum or some such? How's it play? I can't find any details.

Eek, terra-arcanum.com is off-line. In that case, I have no idea. You could ask at RPGCodex - there are lots of Troika fans there. "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." (Nina Kalenkov)

Pidesco Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Just in case you didn't notice my post in the last page, MotB is just so, so awesome. The Obsidianites really outdid themselves. Spent the whole day playing it when I should be working. Thanks, I think. SteveThaiBinh Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Unfortunately WoW has dragged me back in... No worries. Get WoW out of your system. MotB will still be waiting, perfect and poised, when you're done. "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." (Nina Kalenkov)

Gfted1 Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 So, Im loving the PvP Battlegrounds. I always figured a mages life would be short and frustrating but Im actually quite good at staying alive and dishing out the spankage. Plus you can rack up honor and tokens like a slot machine stuck on jackpot. "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"

theslug Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Halo 3 and may be participating in a little tourney at some kids house soon. Can't wait until Christmas when I can play The Witcher though. There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. More data must be gleaned and further collated before a sufficient judgment can be reached.
Dark_Raven Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 I think I will start a game of Fallout Tactics. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.
Gorth Posted December 15, 2007 Author Posted December 15, 2007 I think I will start a game of Fallout Tactics. I wish I could find that game somewhere... even better if I could find that boxed set with F1, F2 and FoT that I keep hearing about. You can never have too many Fallout cd's “He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice.” - Albert Einstein
Morgoth Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 I just finished Sam & Max Santa Claus the other day. TOTALLY HILARIOUS! Rain makes everything better.
SteveThaiBinh Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 I foune Ice Station Santa good, but not excellent, especially when compared to the second half of the first season - the first season got better as it went along, partly due to players' feedback. As Telltale have allowed a gap of 2+ months before episode two, hopefully they'll have time to make improvements. "An electric puddle is not what I need right now." (Nina Kalenkov)
Morgoth Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Well, improvements...(?) I find it excellent as it is. I'm not that meticulous about some lil' hiccups here and there. Rain makes everything better.
