Deraldin Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Got yelled at (actually cursed out) by a customer for responding to "one moment" from the customer (when asked what did they need) with "Unfortunatly I don't sell time" Not all customers have a sense of humour.
LadyCrimson Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Currently in the cough-your-lungs out phase, which means hubby won't come near me with a 10 foot pole. “Things are as they are. Omelette Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 I think I'm losing my voice today. I think I got that dang cold that's been going around.

Omelette Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Of course not. Never. Wouldn't dream of pointing a finger at you.
Darth Drabek Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 That didnt sound right to me either but I figured he knew better then me since Ive never poked any giant holes in my body. Hell, me earring hole from when I was 17 is still there and it was just a normal size hole. They definitely heal up, I've got friends that have had it done and have had to take the earring out for various reasons* and theirs healed up pretty much completely after a couple of weeks. * They must have wanted to get a job. I'm sorry, but the large-gauge piercings have always seemed like the dumbest things you can do to your body this side of the "Fast Food Nation" diet. On-topic: My day was all right. Had to go get fitted for a tux for my friend's wedding. He's going with a bow tie, so I imagine I'm going to have to learn to tie one of those, heh. baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
Kor Qel Droma Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Don't worry, Drabs, I'm sure they will be able to find you a clip on version. I just got in from my first shift at my second job. It was pretty cool, a total change of pace from my primary one. I sold some booze to some drunks ( who drinks Lucky Lager, seriously?), and did some flirting with the female lushes. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

Not really, you can still get jobs with stretched ears. Well, the kind of jobs that college students want anyway. Tesco, Mcdonalds etc. Just because you're a bit thinner than your even fatter mum it doesn't mean you're in excellent physical shape, if you could fit through the door and view the normal people you'd notice that cheeseburger boy. Squid suck.

mkreku Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 What a wonderful day! These last few days have been warm and sunny in Sweden. In fact, in some places in Sweden it hasn't been this warm since they started measuring temperatures in 1834! Anyhow, yesterday I got a link sent to me from a friend who knows I'm in the search for a new digital camera. He had spotted a review of the one I've been eyeing for a while. It's kind of new and the first reviews of it are just now popping up all over the Internet. Anyhow, me and my cousin went to the local Panasonic retailer and checked it out. It was totally awesome and we were both impressed as hell by it, but I won't be needing it until June so I'm trying to keep myself from buying it already (it's always $50 more expensive in the first month). Then we ate lunch together, sitting down by the river that runs through Uppsala. Lots of pretty girls enjoying the sun, good food and a couple of rays. If I had had a beer it would have been perfect. It was awesome anyhow. Now I'm sitting here at work, reminiscing about the d Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!

More like young women who enjoy the spirits. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Guest The Architect Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 (edited) My day has consisted of being on and off the forum and balancing that with finishing off one of the fifty or so assignments I have to complete over the next eight months in the course that I am studying. Musopticon? Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 A bunch of us students sat on the porch today, read for exams and listened to a dormmate playing guitar while the first spring rays started to wake the earth. ****ing ace. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. A man who craves furry hentai. So let us go and embrace the rustling smells of unseen worlds

LadyCrimson Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Too sick to do anything, not sick enough to prevent being bored from not doing anything. Our power company is running tests or upgrades or whatever today, so the power keeps cutting in and out for 30 minutes at a time, which isn't helping. But it's a pretty good day overall. :D This weekend I'm going to drive down 1 towards Monterey. Lots of places to take pictures. I think I've missed the best period for Anu Nuevo's seal time tho (further north), which is too bad. “Things are as they are. Azure79 Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 I had to share a bus with a boatload of 3rd graders this morning. They little rascals had gotten on ahead of me and had taken all the seats so I had to stand all the way to Downtown SF. It wasn't that bad actually. There were three kids sitting in front of me enthusiastically discussing the 'awesomeness' of the PSP, saying, "DUDE! THE PSP HAS THE MOST SICKEST RACING GAMES!" Yes, they were talking that loud. I could tell the usual riders of the bus were none to pleased at the prospect of standing in a bus with a bunch of rowdy kids. Some of the later riders couldn't even get on the bus, so packed it was. I heard rumblings of, "Why didn't the teachers take them on the BART instead?" That made me wonder too as the BART would be faster, have more room and is safer for the kids than a lurching bus. They were just lazy I guess. Oh well. It was pretty fun actually. I haven't stood on a bus in a long time and trying to keep my balance against the lurches and swerves of the bus provided me with physical distraction. Got to work, answered some questions, did some work, got bored and now I'm writing on the Obs boards. Can't wait to go home, eat some food and go exercise. Then I'll play some sweet God of War 2.

LadyCrimson Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 This morning I learned you can sometimes use CNAME & domain mapping to avoid having to purchase yet another seperate monthly webhost package, thereby saving a few bucks. Yeah! Now I'm sitting here comtemplating whether or not there really are people who would buy magnets, t-shirts, mousepads, tote bags, and coffee mugs with your photos on them. “Things are as they are. Titosros Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 My day was great yesterday Florida won against UCLA and going to the National Title game.
mkreku Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 I went to a party last night. We were 2 guys and 10 girls. 8 of the girls were dancers! You can imagine the perfect bodies.. After the party we went to a club where a punk group called "The Kristet Utseende" played. It was awesome but I forgot to bring my toilet brush. Next time. At least I got to dance with the dancers. Good times! Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
Fenghuang Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 I was at a party like that a week ago. I ended up making out with three girls. At the same time. It is a life of excitement and debauchery I live. RIP
Bokishi Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 I'm macking on four chicks, each got boyfriends. Should I continue or no? Current 3DMark
Rosbjerg Posted April 1, 2007 Posted April 1, 2007 Well since this happened Friday it's kinda cheating.. but it was a fun experiance.. I went to a disco here in Copenhagen, without any high expectations - Me and 10 of my co-workers were on the VIP guestlist because one of them knew the owner, but I didn't think much of it - I was about to get a suprise.. but anyway, we stood in line and was suddenly pulled out an escorted to a different entrance on the side, where a personal waitress escorted us through a Foy Fortune favors the bald.
