Some T-Rex song.

I'm not terribly impressed.

Next up is more Morricone.

Bodies Without Organs

What's this supposed to be? Something which I unwrapped from a gift parcel. I've never heard of them, but the music is pop, bordering on cheap electronica.

Incidentally pop chameleon Alexander Bard is in the band with his silly haircut.

I'm still stuck on Foo Fighters - Still

Help!

I could send you some traditional Chinese music. They can put you asleep in a hurry. >_<

Haha, I wrote a huge paper once on Gagaku, traditional Japanese music, for a Japanese history class in college. That stuff was not so much fun to listen to.... interesting, but not much fun at all.

As far as chants go, this is prolly one of the best I've heard.

'Brick' by Ben Folds Five

Have you heard the "Rockin the Suburbs" album he put out after he went solo? There's some top notch catchy piano rock on there. It also includes one of my favorite songs, "Fred Jones Part 2," a story of a man losing the job he's had for years, of the older generation being phased out of society. I think I'll post it in the lyric thread in the next few days. And as if the song weren't good enough already, it has backing vocals from John McCrea from Cake!!!!

Right now: Afghan Whigs - My Curse

I heard the lead off single from that album, but that was about it. Its catchy.

I'm rockin the suburbs, just like Michael Jackson did, I'm rockin the suburbs, except he was talented.

The Dreaming - Beautiful

I had thought that some of nature's journeymen had made men and not made them well, for they imitated humanity so abominably. - Book of Counted Sorrows

One billion b-balls dribbling simultaneously throughout the galaxy. One trillion b-balls being slam dunked through a hoop throughout the galaxy. I can feel every single b-ball that has ever existed at my fingertips. I can feel their collective knowledge channeling through my viens. Every jumpshot, every rebound and three-pointer, every layup, dunk, and free throw. I am there.
