i've got a good lazersword but it's just not good enough it only does 10-33 damage can someone gove me some tips please gove me some tips on a good lazersword?

What you should do is watch the Original Trilogy of Star Wars to get th name right. Then you should go to the workbench on the Ebon Hawk and upgrade it with crystals. Also when Leveling Up, upgrade Strength, and other Melee Feats.

Well....you can only build the best upgrade items...so if ure a sentinel you can make some pontite or adegan lens which give 2-12 extra damage.Also some energy cell with 1-8 extra damage...

 

The real advice is to browse the create items list and see for yourself...

the lens, emitter and energy cell are obvious. just look go to your workbench, go to create items, look at all of the lightsaber upgrades a see which ones suit your needs. Also, use the physical boost implant, the GNS strength enhancer, and echani accuracy gloves or gamorrean gauntlets.

Favorite set of upgrades for anyone:

 

Non-crystal:

 

Ultimate Diatum Cell (+5 damage)

Pontite Lens (+2-12 cold damage)

Expert Fencing Emitter (+some moderate damage)

 

Crystal:

 

Your personal crystal + any of the following:

 

Barab Ore Ingot

Qixoni

Pontite

Solari

Upari

Sigil

Phond

 

That should easily get you a lot more damage than what you currently have.

That's also very good damage!

It depends what sort of character you're trying to build - ATM I'm trying to create somebody who just cannot be hit so I'll be on the lookout for defense/dex/wisdom boosting items (I plan to spar with Handmaiden and get the wisdom bonus to defense)

Do Keen bonuses stack? There are three upgrades (Nextor + one other crystal, and the Improved Beam Gem lens) that offer Keen bonuses, and I was thinking about trying this combination with the next character, maxing out Critical Strike and using the lightsaber form that adds to criticals.

Also, does anyone find it odd that as a Light Sider, there are two Solari Crystals and two Circlet's of Saresh when there's only supposed to be one of each? It kind of pissed of that there wasn't any special Jedi Robes to get, like the Qel'Droma Robe. O.K. back on topic, now.
