I didn't really use Misson that much. Probably because my PC was a scoundrel. In TSL my PC won't be a scoundrel so I will probably use whoever is the scoundrel much more.

 

Plus I think Mission was too chipper to commit suicide.

My choice would have been other. I think she might have moved to another big city and rebuilt her life. Something lame like that.

Really? I used Mission a lot. I liked her sneak attack damage, and I always felt that having a party with 3 Jedi wasn't really fair.

interestin outlook, i admitt iv neva really utilised scouts my main line up wud be a melee fighter, my pc nd carth with ranged, or a technic wen needed

Since Mission struck me as more a follower than a leader, she probably went into hiding or joined an underground resistance against the Sith led by another character. IF she survived Kotor1, that is.
