Bokishi Posted July 13, 2004 Author Posted July 13, 2004 Falcon vs Lambada Horsepower: Falcon Wins Looks: Lambada Wins Current 3DMark
Bokishi Posted July 13, 2004 Author Posted July 13, 2004 Wow. I think they are both right, or wrong. Both names exist. Current 3DMark
Ixion Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 Because Lucas wanted us to be stuck with a stupid clone of the Falcon is my guess. Shatap. The Ebon Hawk owns.
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 Because Lucas wanted us to be stuck with a stupid clone of the Falcon is my guess. Shatap. The Ebon Hawk owns. The Ebon hawk does not own, it get's owned...
QalOrt Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 My Pelican Dropship From Halo wastes Both your ships with its 70mm chin Gun and Archer Rocket Pods and then the Master Chief and ODST Blow up the *#$@ Falcon with a nuke!
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 Can Pelicans go into space? Do they have a hyperdrive? Do they have laser turrets and missiles? Just a few questions from a Halo fan...because I don't really know....
QalOrt Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 The are capable of limited space flight they have a 70mm cannon 2 Archer Rocket pods EMP resistant Armour Can carry 30 troops Is to small to have a Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engine. Longswords Intercepter Are capable of space flight but dont have Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engines. They have Moray Space mines, 2 110mm cannons, 2 120 mm cannons, and Archer Missles.
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 Wow, impressive, but can it go through the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs?
Archmonarch Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 Then couldnt the Hawk just outrun the Pelican? And I find it kind of funny I find it kind of sad The dreams in which I'm dying Are the best I've ever had
jaguars4ever Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I don't like the idea of using the Ebon Hawk in TSL. Perhaps its integral to their story, I don't know. It's probably due to the whole 'mythos' behind the Hawk. Supposedly all the previous owners suffered some ill fate. In Star Wars, they like to use recurring themes for novelty purposes. Besides, "I have a bad feeling about this..."
Jurgenaut Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 Well.. A parsec is a length unit (3.26 lightyears IIRC). If Han solo did the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs, he cheated, and didn't go around the whole way. As for cool ships, the Mist Hunter (Zuckuss ship) is cool. and the roflcopter "You have offended my family, and you have offended the Shaolin temple." Bruce Lee, Enter the Dragon
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted July 14, 2004 Posted July 14, 2004 I think he shortened the distance by skimming across the black holes in the maw, or something like that....
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 Pelican Dropships still rock! Yes they rock, but they can't pilot through the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs...that feat belongs to the Millenium Falcon...but why are we talking about Halo? Let's talk about why we have to get stuck with the Hawk...
QalOrt Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 Republic Commando's Dude, the Star Wars's Master Chief, No.38 is the guys name, gives you the Hawk and then shoots Atton and T3. Republic Commando's site. http://www.lucasarts.com/games/swrepubliccommando/ Enjoy!

QalOrt Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 Finaly a game that realy is star wars, in addition to KOTOR series. It and Halo2 are going to be the best fps ever!
OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 What about Half Life 2? About the Hawk, I think Jerr-Revan's mechanic stole it after he saw that he wasn't taking care of it, and drove it to Peragus, of course being chased by Revan's friend Krame-Kreia....um yeah...
Kdy-worker 1138 Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 I think that T3 finnally had enough of being left on the hawk beeping while the rest of revans merry friends ran of having fun and in a fit of droid rage/jealusy stole the hawk, only to discover that he left his pilot-yoke manipulator arm back at taris and after much beeping/droid swearing crashlanded at the asteriod.
Guest Fallen Jedi Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 Theory A:After Revan discovered he was 'the one' he found he could warp the movie licence to his will and could then do 'his superman thing' and fly wherever he wanted in the universe without the aid of transportation. Then, malak, with the aid of the star forge, mass produces himself leading to overly long fight scenes. Theory B: Revan, and the events surrounding Revan, are somehow tied to the story arc of the game and is probably where T3-M4 gets into the game from (training level). Droids can pilot ships. Theory C: A couragous band of space pirate Jawas ambush the Ebon Hawk in transit. The ship and all its crew are blasted out into vaccuum apart from T3 who, not only defeats the Jawas that bested the Master of the Sith, but also lands the ship, fits a jacuzzi and turns it into his "pad" where all the Twi strippers hang out sipping Gin. A slight nick to the central processor alter T3's speech so he no longer says "bee-oo-eee-ooop [whistle]" but "bling!bling!". Where the purple hat and feather come from, is a mystery. I ve read all the replys and I still think these are the best theories ^^^^ Specially theory C
Carth Vader Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 We get the Hawk in K2 because Lando got the Falcon in Jedi. It's "the ship" of Kotor just like the falcon was "the ship" of the OT. That's my theory anyway.
