Now, he wasn't the only talent there, mind, and at the end he also had managerial duties, and it was a small company, but when he finally burnt out (60+ hour weeks) and quit, his boss sold/closed the company. eg, boss didn't want to continue without him. She doesn't just throw it in there but she always loads it like there are no more dishes to load, which there almost always are, because she doesn't start it after loading it.
