the idea any usa puppet still fight for usa now is laughable

they exist to spread hostility as much as possible so the insane military spending of usa can be justified

So what's the euphemism for ethnic cleansing Israel and the US will come up with ?

I disagree. Imo, they keep everyone busy who would otherwise be trying to strike at the US in some fashion.

Nah, that money is for blowing up China while defending some pissant country. But as soon as we get those TSMC fabs up and running in Arizona then Taiwan can sink into the ocean.

Thats a big part of what really chaps my hide. Theyre doing EXACTLY THE SAME THING that happened to them. The irony and hypocrisy make me shake my fist at the sky!

The Kingdom of Jerusalem was a Christian monarchy, so the guy's tats are signaling something a bit different than support for Israel, which is bad enough. Let's just say your first read on it isn't entirely incorrect.

This was predicted and it will be interesting to see what JFK does around vaccines

It will be the  definition of stupidity if he tries to stop normal vaccination for measles or polio that kids get as a standard vaccine

I can understand him questioning Corona vaccines even if I dont personally agree with it. But it makes no sense to question the overall efficacy of vaccines when we have clear medical and scientific evidence that goes back decades. You can literally find examples of countries that dont have typical vaccination programs and these diseases see a resurgence

But that tattoo has nothing to do with Nazi or Israel

I looked it up now because I had never heard of it

" The Jerusalem Cross is rich in symbolism and meaning and goes by many different names, including the Crusader's Cross. This Jerusalem cross represents Christ's command to spread the Gospel around the world, a mission that started in Jerusalem. "

So if anything it represents Christianity and spreading the gospel, nothing  really wrong with someone being religious?

You make it sound as if those people care about scientific facts.

Sure but as usual there is normally a difference between a politician  grandstanding about " Corona conspiracy theories " and then banning normal vaccines that have been used for decades in the US

Its similar to what  I keep saying about Project 2025, try to separate the fearmongering and hyperbole from what Trump can or cannot do and what he will do

Its much better for any unnecessary anxiety and blood pressure getting raised

Best way to not stress out too much  is remember we have already had 4 years of Trump and he didnt destroy the US or the world ....so we should be okay this time?

Have you read up on the Crusades? Religious fervor and weapons don't exactly have a great history. This guy will be in charge of the biggest military in the world.

I  dont think its  accurate or realistic to compare events in history from hundreds of years ago and try to find resonance in our modern age

Yes the Crusades were brutal and about religious fervor but so were the Muslims  that the Crusaders fought against

The worlds changed a lot over the last 800 years, I dont think this tattoo means we have  to worry  that  history will  repeat itself?

You can tell a lot about people with what they revere though. From dudes worshipping Rome or Americans fetishizing Rhodesia

How I have existed fills me with horror. For I have failed in everything - spelling, arithmetic, riding, tennis, golf; dancing, singing, acting; wife, mistress, whore, friend. Even cooking. And I do not excuse myself with the usual escape of 'not trying'. I tried with all my heart.

In my dreams, I am not crippled. In my dreams, I dance.

As someone who doesn't know there are playable Civs in Civilization games other than Rome, I agree.  But I'm not going to say our society needs to be like it.

Romeaboos are just irl Ceasar's Legion. Kinda funny that New Vegas is able to map this well onto irl politics, I guess we can thank a........balanced vision for that.

Not sure of the details of Evangelical Christian Zionism eschatology (what a mouthful), but I think they're trying to set the stage because, well, they've said it.

Short version of The Apocalypse: The Antichrist arrives when Israel rebuilds The Temple after which there will be a big battle at Megiddo --> "Armageddon". After after which, to show how much Evangelicals really care about Jews, all the Jews can either convert or, well, go to hell. Plus lots of repetitive and contradictory imagery about Signs and Portents/ Enemies that allows for liberal interpretation. In short: Revelations should have been left as the ravings of a Qat addled hermit* who was a bit upset about the Flavians burning The Temple in 70AD or whatever. Always kind of funny to read The Bible assuming it was just written by people rather than being The Word.

Big irony: muslims however are a definite death cult for believing the big battle will be at a random village in Syria (Dabiq) instead of a random village in Israel. Otherwise it's pretty similar** for their end times as well, maybe a bit more specific and anachronistic (eg taking 'Constantinople').

*might not have done any good of course. To whit: the Prosperity Gospel. Did you know that the rich man and the eye of a needle aphorism was actually literal and about a gate in Jerusalem, not about how being overly wealthy is bad? Actually, Jesus "Gordon Gecko" Christ thought accumulating wealth was, well, good and means that God loves you in particular!

**iirc they're also Hadiths, so not 'full' canon.
