ShadySands Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 (edited) I got 17/25, technically a millennial but more accurately the xennial micro generation. Probably got a bingo or two, too Edited January 30, 2023 by ShadySands Free games updated 3/4/21
Pidesco Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 That's just for American Gen Xers. I have like 3 of those. 1 "My hovercraft is full of eels!" - Hungarian touristI am Dan Quayle of the Romans.I want to tattoo a map of the Netherlands on my nether lands.Heja Sverige!!Everyone should cuffawkle more. The wrench is your friend.
Gfted1 Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 16/25 here. Covering my school books with a paper grocery bag really brough back some memories. 1 "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"
Amentep Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 10/25 [and that was with some generous yeses]. No bingo. Feel older than I should now. I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
PK htiw klaw eriF Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 I'm a millennial and I got 5/25, no bingo. I grew up fairly poor so was late to the dvd and cable party, so I do remember rewinding the tapes rented from blockbuster or hollywood video. I'm not sure when that stopped for me, maybe early to mid 2000s? A very long time ago. You can apply the same to the fast food birthday party or juice from a can as relatively cheap things to do in the late 90's/early aughts. DARE was still a thing in elementary school when I was there but I can't remember if there was a graduation or not. And I did wear band ts and flannel in high school because I could pull it off and they were fairly cheap. Almost claimed *69 but then I realized I misinterpreted it. 2 "Akiva Goldsman and Alex Kurtzman run the 21st century version of MK ULTRA." - majestic "you're a damned filthy lying robot and you deserve to die and burn in hell." - Bartimaeus "Without individual thinking you can't notice the plot holes." - InsaneCommander "Just feed off the suffering of gamers." - Malcador "You are calling my taste crap." -Hurlshort "thankfully it seems like the creators like Hungary less this time around." - Sarex "Don't forget the wakame, dumbass" -Keyrock "Are you trolling or just being inadvertently nonsensical?' -Pidesco "we have already been forced to admit you are at least human" - uuuhhii "I refuse to buy from non-woke businesses" - HoonDing "feral camels are now considered a pest" - Gorth "Melkathi is known to be an overly critical grumpy person" - Melkathi "Oddly enough Sanderson was a lot more direct despite being a Mormon" - Zoraptor "I found it greatly disturbing to scroll through my cartoon's halfing selection of genitalias." - Wormerine "I love cheese despite the pain and carnage." - ShadySands
Amentep Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Never did *69, grew up with rotary phones in the house. Lol Never owned a band t-shirt. No clue what eating from paper with teal & purple squiggle art is. I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Hurlshort Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 I got like 20, so firmly in the GenX camp. Do grass burns count as a slip n slide injury?
Gfted1 Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Ok, I completely misinterpreted the *69 question, but I have used that function on the telephone too. 1 4 "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"
Malcador Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 Some of that is very US centered. They are on to something with Unsolved Mysteries, that theme is still unnerving. teknoman2 Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 6 The words freedom and liberty, are diminishing the true meaning of the abstract concept they try to explain. The true nature of freedom is such, that the human mind is unable to comprehend it, so we make a cage and name it freedom in order to give a tangible meaning to what we dont understand, just as our ancestors made gods like Thor or Zeus to explain thunder. -Teknoman2- What? You thought it was a quote from some well known wise guy from the past? Stupidity leads to willful ignorance - willful ignorance leads to hope - hope leads to sex - and that is how a new generation of fools is born! We are hardcore role players... When we go to bed with a girl, we roll a D20 to see if we hit the target and a D6 to see how much penetration damage we did. Modern democracy is: the sheep voting for which dog will be the shepherd's right hand.
Keyrock Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 (edited) I got all the references but only did 17/25 of those things. Side-note: I don't think I ever owned a flannel shirt. When I was younger I used to say "I don't wear flannel because I'm not a truck driver." Ironically, I am now a truck driver and I STILL don't wear flannel. Perhaps my new phrase should be "I don't wear flannel because I'm not Canadian"? On the other hand, I can't really criticize fashion choices when I regularly rock Hawaiian shirts. ShadySands Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 I had to revise my score down 1 to 16/25 because I think I was being overly generous with the posters for wallpaper. I only had a couple. Gfted1 Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 ^Oh yeah, that was on paper cups. I was thinking 1990's Taco Bell: 1 "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"
