I need to address a problem come up repeatedly on the forum and it needs to be fixed ASAP. Whenever you try to play multiplayer it requests you sign in. Well it automatically has an email you signed up with and when you click on the little arrow to change it, it takes you back to the main menu instead. The problem is that it usually signs in automatically and I can't remember the password I've used for it. I have a different email that I want to use which has most of my other games linked to it. I bought this game specifically to play multiplayer and I've been unable to play for almost a year. The problem with xbox live microsoft password recovery is that it's a lengthy process that asks you irrelevant questions and needs to be "reviewed". It's been over 6 months and multiple submissions and I have still not received any response. Please devs, FIX THIS ASAP, we PAID FOR YOUR GAME and now there are some of us who can't fully enjoy the full experience. We need to be allowed to change the email without it automatically just taking us back to the main menu or at least lets us sign in with alternate emails.

My friend moved across the country recently, and we thought this would be a fun way to stay in touch for now. He accidentally input the login to an older account of his, and due to his change in IP address, his Microsoft login failed, and asked for verification. He no longer has access to that email address, and as it's his older account, his phone is no longer associated either for verification. Even after reinstalling the game, it remembers his old login, and it returns to the verification screen immediately. We tried clearing the computer's temporary files too, but to no avail.

Hi, I play the game with using Gamepass, because I wasn't sure to like the game, since I am not a big fan of survival game. So far, Grounded make me lie, I am not addicted, I already played a lot, and I know I will play the game a lot more in the future! So there is my question: I will buy the game on Steam, does I will keep my current savegame (gamepass one) when I will buy and play on Steam version. I think so but I want to be sure. I know the savegames are stored locally on Windows (C:\Users\{user}\Saved Games\Grounded Windows 10), but I don't know if the savegame are also stored with our Microsoft Account. I am not sure if uninstalling the Gamepas version will clear them, or if they will be compatible with the Steam version. So, I don't know if others players have done the move to pass from Gamepass to Steam and can testify of their experience, of if there is an Onsidian staff that have the answer? It all started when I opened the app and the store and challenges were missing and my account name wasn't there. The start button told me that gold won't be gained without being logged in. So I tap login, which did nothing but close the prompt. The wifi symbol was green, so I tap "Link social accounts" to no avail. I tried 2 different wifi networks and a mobile network, all 3 work normally but I still can't login. So I rebooted and cleared cache, but it still didn't work. So I reinstalled, but no dice, literally, I can't access my account, my characters I've put hours into, or anything I purchased. Is there anything I can do? I am running Android Pie.

Good Morning. I am very excited about your new game so I went to your official website to check it out https://outerworlds.obsidian.net/ I wanted to get updates and tried to create an account but your account creation has an error in the reCAPTCHA box instead of the expected check box and this isn't allowing accounts to be created. It is there on first time login for people with accounts on your official website as well. The error reads 'ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key' Now I got around this by coming here to the forums and creating my account and logging in here. My login carried over to the official site so that is good that there is a work around, but I figure you guys would want to know so you can get that error fixed ASAP. New Android device

I have bought a new phone and downloaded the game but when I logged into my Google play account or link to my asmodee account, my data doesn't transfer. How do I get my game data from one Android device to another? I have seen many threads regarding Android to pc links.
