  1. I keep trying to look for a cartoon that wasn't inspired by anime and vice versa, but keep failing. Perhaps Steamboat Willie?
  2. Man, that was almost entirely gibberish to me, but I do like the sound of "Cheap Shot + Cold Blood Backstab +Kidney Shot".
  3. HL 2 OST - Track 2 Plays in the first chapter, a very downbeat action track.
  4. I remember there was a channel that showed it separately. I do recall Super show, it had the parts with real actors playing Mario and Luigi in the middle?
  5. I used to watch and like a lot of what has been linked so far, particularly TMNT, Darkwing Duck and good old Ducktales. Here's some that I used to adore: The New Adventures of Johnny Quest I remember understanding nothing about the series, except that there was bitchin' 3d effects. Disney's Aladdin animated series Biker Mice from Mars My god, I had a nostalgasm, it's been so long. The New "Adventures" of Winnie the Pooh Yeah, I had to. Legend of Zelda animated series People, learn your hyperlinking. Also, all the American voice overs for these shows have been a multitude of gay so far(just watch Zelda ffs). We dubbed all cartoons back then and especially the Disney voices were brilliant, often the same that dubbed the movies.
  6. In the lumberjack camp: "I like wild flow'rs" "I like cross-dressing" "And hanging around in bars" Not that I wasn't expecting it. Bloody well laughed still.
  7. The patch complains about the language that was selected not matching the installed game. I assume that this has something to do with the modded dialogue. I tried changing the text to the default(Original English) and the patch worked perfectly. Just a heads-up.
  8. Did gardening, burned HL 2 and Mass Effect soundtracks on cd's and on a whim did Christmas shopping. I tend to be the only relaxed Christmas shopper downtown since I seem to be among the few that don't actually try to do it all in a single day. I bought the present for my mother ages ago and bought one for my sister on a whim when I was perusing a recently-reopened bookstore(destroyed previously in a fire, of not my doing). My parents, or rather, parent insists I go Christmas shopping together, but I tend to abhor standing in lines at the mall and usually skip the trip to do the actual shopping on an odd hour just before the merry event. Also, actually contributed something to this thread besides drunken slobbering. Woo me.
  9. I think there's one for stds at least. *snigger*
  10. Yes, and it really has tables for everything. Everything. I recently perused the new edition in a store and the cover said it was more dynamic and had better ease of use. Guess what I found on the inside? Updated tables!
  11. DnD is not an elitist thing, Rolemaster is.
  12. This is about the only forum where the moderators spam more than the members. And I don't necessarily mean only the current lot.
  13. Yes. As for my post, this news is definitely interesting, not only because I really liked the modernized vision of Middle Earth in the Jackson movies or that Sir Ian is gonna be Gandalf again, but because now I don't have to read the book. I tried to start it before and couldn't stomach the plot.
  14. It sounds like that because most of it is very demographic-oriented. Though we could go into the whole western faggy music influence as well, just not in this thread... Babylon Whores - Skeleton farm
  15. No, just sad. Jack Wall and Sam Hulick - Attack on Eden Prime Yeh, I know. This is actually pretty decent.
  16. That Krogan went down surprisingly easy compared to the regular Krogans who rush your position with immunities and barriers on. That said, the fight was fun and I liked the pretty difficult armature fight before it, at the entrance to the ruins.
  17. I might be imagining this, but why was my post deleted? It did contain a spoiler about a side quest location in the Witcher, but c'mon...it's not even in the spoiler thread now. What gives? Also, thanks to that, I managed to spoil myself by reading the first couple of lines in the initial spoiler thread post when I was looking for the possibly-transported post of mine.
  18. Yes? It was entirely intentional.
  19. Heh, the Towers of Hanoi puzzle was in Noveria in the generator core. All Therum had was get combat in the ruins.
  20. I could see K3 with the Mass Effect group control system and combat control. I have to admit that the NWN-variant combat system right now is pretty lackluster and doesn't really deliver any of the hectic pace and kinetics of lightsaber combat. On the other hand, the blaster combat is pretty spot on: everyone stands still and no one hits anything.
  21. christmas songs ughh
  22. The Thirteen Colonies, Sweden and Dutch?! Sounds more awesome by the day.
  23. KH does not really have anything to do with Disney besides the characters and cameos. If you like FF's, you are bound to like Kingdom Hearts as well. And Xard is a condescending elitist.
