  1. Found out yesterday that my best friend had been taking meds for depression ever since high school. And never told me. I feel pretty bummed and sad over him now. It's not like I was ever bothered that he didn't open up much, particularly when he was ashamed of something, but I knew something wasn't right back then and he just kept pretending that we share everything. Granted, I didn't really confront him at all because I thought that it was nice if we didn't complicate things. In a way, I understand why he kept shut up about it and instead went for the meds and suddenly started practicing meditation. I don't know if I could have admitted that myself back then in fear of breaking something that had been a pristine status quo ever since we met. Now I'm bit torn, happy that he finally trusted me enough to tell, but also a bit taken back over him not telling.
  2. You'll inform here when a sub group gets a reasonably finalized product out in the net and you find out about it, right?
  3. Frank Klepacki - Drok(C&C:Yuri's Revenge main battle theme, lol hellmarch remix) Turmion K
  4. Silent Stream of Godless Elegy. Moravian folk, IIRC. SSOGE - I would dance
  5. You'll likely need the "Completionist"-achievement to get the track. And Hades completing most of the side quests on level 49 is bull. You can reach level 60 if you complete around 90 percent of the quests, but the game caps at level 50 on the first playthrough. I clocked in 42 hours btw, longest ever on a Bioware game.
  6. That is so...wrong and so right at the same time!
  7. nice! lol nsbm But yeah, Drudkh is up there with Empyrium and SSOGE. Monty Python - All things Dull and Ugly
  8. lol at last thread surprise sex Ehmm, played some Age of Mythology today, after having an interesting and enlightening encounter with the missus' family. Gonna zero myself with a friend soon. Goddamn, life is awesome.
  9. I went to Artemis Tau first and it was pretty challenging. The other planets not so. Though I didn't try killing the alien queen or going to Feros early. I assume Feros would have been hell if you went there first.
  10. An RPG that caters to a the laziest appetites of comic geekdom and fails to deliver on its meager promises whenever the opportunity arises to resolve a plotline? Sounds delightful. This thread is a monument to tunnel vision. I agree. Also, it would be nice if people would read Kaft's disclaimer once in a while and ease up.
  11. I'm gonna walk to train station and disappear with a girl somewhere. Yes, it's that kind weekend for me. Happy new year, huhhah.
  12. I'd recommend the following: go die in a fire.
  13. I distinctly remember a certain member with 800 posts and a buddhist symbol for an avatar, but that's probably Reaper indoctrination or something.
  14. You'd be surprised how few people actually are into that sort of thing. And on the areas of globe that people actually are backward enough(not generalizing, I'm sure your mumsy is educated) to be able to live off the land, they'd probably die of pandemics from the lack antibiotics and basic meds after the initial culling. Should an apocalyptic scenario kick in.
  15. Each time you exit the Normandy, your headquarters if you like, you have to choose a shore party to represent the crew. You cannot change this composition unless a) you go back to Normandy and exit again(virtually, you stall the mission for a time) b)someone new tags along. There are no occasions(well, except one) when you are off duty outside Normandy, so every time you exit, you are effectively always on a mission. I feel for Shephard, no guys'(or girls') night out. That jumpsuit must be like a second skin by now.
  16. MotB is high fantasy(look up the terminology), but I agree that the distance to ****ing Sword Coast with it's goddamn orc caverns and rogue drows is a refeshing new leaf.
  17. I had already downloaded(thanks Pop) the soundtrack earlier, so I knew. So, there!
  18. Also give Ergo Proxy a shot. What? Everyone who I've recommended it to so far has been head over heels in love.
  19. I liked the soundtrack quite a bit. Especially Virmire, Noveria, Criminal Elements, Vigil and Saren. Urgh, I finished the game. Everything until the praise part with Council was great, I really liked the boss fights and Ilos was awesome like hell. I just wished that the rest of the game had featured as intricate backgrounds and inspired ambience as Ilos. Virmire and Noveria were pretty great, but the rest of the planets felt like a corridor shooter, in a bad way. Also, lol for asari sex.
  20. I finished Mass Effect today. Absolutely loved the end sequence.
  21. Thanks for the tip on Igni, earlier on, Tale. It has saved me more times than I can remember. A couple of Zerrikan Suns(a banger that blinds) will also help. A mass of Incinerated and Blind opponents isn't too hard anymore.
  22. Remember that Fast Style also blocks faster, it might be good idea to just keep pummeling the Hellhound with Fast Style and changing to Group Style when barghests come a-hounding. Just don't ever change the target, Group Style takes care of killing the dogs around you, you should concentrate on the big one. Remember to no never change the target, the point of Group Style is that you can swing to abandon and don't have to care about changing targets. Also, Abigail is immortal in this battle, don't mind her falling down. Also, use all potions you can before the combat and add Specter oil(or whatever the anti-ghost oil is named, you can learn the recipe from Abigail) to your Witcher sword.
  23. Finntroll - Ending(Windir tribute)
  24. Your guess would be correct good sir. Thanks, I'll go look that up shortly. Monster is great. Also try Tsukihime, it's only 12 episodes, about a guy who meets a girl he just killed yesterday. Pretty nice. Welcome to the fold, by the way.
