The Truth about America
imo skip I watched the first 15 minutes and then watched some parts. Seemed like a smathering of mind**** seasoned with a hearty amount of anti-Americanism and complete with the good old "lol, jesus didn't exist"-hoobla. Well, maybe I'm not part of intended demographic. Then again, I doubt that video is the best place to look for eye-opening experiences for anyone.

Vital questions about Mass Effect
Pretty much. I used Tali, Wrex and Liara mostly.

Refrain(Songs inspired by...) was pretty decent. I had a listen a month ago. The others, well, I imagine some folks don't have to do car commercials to be able to afford their miso. EDISON - Make a bet

Vital questions about Mass Effect
The skill composition of the party is taken into account when doing anything skill-related. For instance, if you have no decrypt of your own, the game will use Tali's decryption value if you have her in your party. If you, however, have some points in the skill the game will look at who has the highest value in your party and use that, IIRC. You don't need to have any points in the skill, just take someone with it into your shore party. Same with hacking, etc.

What are you playing now?
I figured that after I posted. The name just kinda jumped out at me since I'm currently reading Perdido Street Station. *high five* I'm about to finish the Greek campaign in Age of Mythology. It's a pretty neat RTS all things considered, definetly on par with Age 3. I just miss regicide a bit.

What you did today ...
Found out yesterday that my best friend had been taking meds for depression ever since high school. And never told me. I feel pretty bummed and sad over him now. It's not like I was ever bothered that he didn't open up much, particularly when he was ashamed of something, but I knew something wasn't right back then and he just kept pretending that we share everything. Granted, I didn't really confront him at all because I thought that it was nice if we didn't complicate things. In a way, I understand why he kept shut up about it and instead went for the meds and suddenly started practicing meditation. I don't know if I could have admitted that myself back then in fear of breaking something that had been a pristine status quo ever since we met. Now I'm bit torn, happy that he finally trusted me enough to tell, but also a bit taken back over him not telling.

You'll inform here when a sub group gets a reasonably finalized product out in the net and you find out about it, right?

Mass Effect
You'll likely need the "Completionist"-achievement to get the track. And Hades completing most of the side quests on level 49 is bull. You can reach level 60 if you complete around 90 percent of the quests, but the game caps at level 50 on the first playthrough. I clocked in 42 hours btw, longest ever on a Bioware game.

lol at last thread surprise sex Ehmm, played some Age of Mythology today, after having an interesting and enlightening encounter with the missus' family. Gonna zero myself with a friend soon. Goddamn, life is awesome.

Mass Effect
I went to Artemis Tau first and it was pretty challenging. The other planets not so. Though I didn't try killing the alien queen or going to Feros early. I assume Feros would have been hell if you went there first.

Is it finally here? The death of the fantasy genre?
An RPG that caters to a the laziest appetites of comic geekdom and fails to deliver on its meager promises whenever the opportunity arises to resolve a plotline? Sounds delightful. This thread is a monument to tunnel vision. I agree. Also, it would be nice if people would read Kaft's disclaimer once in a while and ease up.

I distinctly remember a certain member with 800 posts and a buddhist symbol for an avatar, but that's probably Reaper indoctrination or something.

Fallout Discussion
You'd be surprised how few people actually are into that sort of thing. And on the areas of globe that people actually are backward enough(not generalizing, I'm sure your mumsy is educated) to be able to live off the land, they'd probably die of pandemics from the lack antibiotics and basic meds after the initial culling. Should an apocalyptic scenario kick in.

Vital questions about Mass Effect
Each time you exit the Normandy, your headquarters if you like, you have to choose a shore party to represent the crew. You cannot change this composition unless a) you go back to Normandy and exit again(virtually, you stall the mission for a time) b)someone new tags along. There are no occasions(well, except one) when you are off duty outside Normandy, so every time you exit, you are effectively always on a mission. I feel for Shephard, no guys'(or girls') night out. That jumpsuit must be like a second skin by now.
