  1. "I've missed you "#playername#"!" "I haven't missed you, bitch." "That's mean. Will we have a walk in the park?" *#playername# stumbles off to beat storm titans* I don't terribly look forward to dating game mechanics in an rpg.
  2. It wasn't oxygen that killed them, it was foreign bacteria.
  3. I'd rather play God of War, but whatever.
  4. Take them on a freaking tour-de-gulag in Vladivostok. Civil service duty as urologists in Congo. Anything that is excruciating. I am an epileptic and can testify what it feels like to have an unguarded fit. If the poor bugger in the shed had several of them over the weeks...inhuman, completely ****ing inhuman. And let's not even start with his other treatment.
  5. One of the major boni of physichal readables is that you can later find edible breadcrumbs between the pages. That alone is a reason enough to not digitize everything. Also, you can't very well fall asleep with a laptop on your head. Tried and true, your noggin is the best bookmark ever. Unless you drool.
  6. *hurts you* Summoning - South Away
  7. Overlord showed the truth about halflings. You deniers must be blind, BLIND!
  8. Oh man. Well, 360 is is then.
  9. *drool* Sturmtiger and Maus Decepticons. Really, I don't care about transformers, but the whole local techonology assimilation twist would be so tasty in that milieu.
  10. Doukutsu Monogatari is just awesome. Especially when replayed, because there's a huge amount of replay value. Secrets, new endings, etc.
  11. It's like Deus Ex, but with more technology, sometimes borderline magic. Usually there's a bias towards online society, crimes committed therein and biomechanics, e.g cybernetic protheses and implantation. Games like System Shock are cyberpunk, straight and true.
  12. An Inquisitor RPG would be sublime, but I think a setting with less fluff would allow for more original content. Then again, the fluff is one of WH40k's strengths.
  13. Alamaailman Vasarat - Pelko antaa siivet
  14. It's nearly empty, the glass is ****en ugly and the stuff inside is not worth drinking anyway. *cuts himself* Seriously though, it's usually half full, has a silver lining and looks on the bright side.
  15. Kingston Wall - Something old dies Rock-prog alright!
  16. ELP's Brain Salad Surgery lol, H.R. Giger
  17. Don't forget Undying.
  18. Ever since I saw that one (iirc) comic cover, I've been itching over the concept. It would be awesome.
  19. Iron Storm was suprisingly decent, provided you played it on PC.
  20. "Chris Taylor and his talented team at Gas Powered Games are recognized as leading innovators in the industry" And me and my team of trained sheep are recognized as leading spiritual mediums of the new century, ffs. Cybernetics do sound nifty, but I GPG forget everything that made Dungeon Siege...well, Dungeon Siege and instead concentrate on salvaging the good parts of Dungeon Siege 2. There were quite a few, fortunately. Biggest plus was most likely that DS 2 wasn't completely bland. They should build Space Siege(plz nu title!1) on that notion.
  21. Fallout Tactics became redundant robot bashing. After getting Sunbeam Gatling Laser from Buena Vista, it didn't even pose challenge anymore. So I quit for a while. Eh, the game is nearly over as it is. Downloaded the Daemonhunters modification for DoW:Dark Crusade and messed around with it for a bit. Nice for a modification, very finished and good-looking, but I've never warmed for Ordo Malleus and their Grey Knights and playing as Inquisition felt more like teching as fast as possible to Grey Knights and Land Raiders. That said, it isn't all that different from playing Space Marines, you just don't have the same turtling capabilities. I did like the scholar support squads however, a platform for different specialists, a good idea there. Also, I once again, after almost 5 months hiatus, fell for Rome:Total War. So, I downloaded Europa Barbarorum, a ton of fixpacks and now am going to start as Getai, do some bloodwork for tarabostes and then go for Macedon. There goes all free time again...
  22. It's a dungeon in BG's expansion, Bok.
  23. Right, the vine monster.
  24. And the Dutch. You can blame the inconsistent spelling to Dutch printing presses in the 17th century, also: Great Vowel Shift. And Celts have suprisingly little to do with modern English.
