I'm agreeing with Gorgon on this subject. I'd rate 2 the best (its even better with the dvd commentary), followed by the first, with AOD last. I watched Superman/Batman:Public Enemies. Great voice acting, notsomuch with the animation.

Tonight's episode didn't restore my faith in the series. Not in the slightest. The compass made me think of LOST. The carnival made me think of Carnivale. But it has Darth Maul as the killer with a soul! Ratings shall skyrocket! Okay, probably not.

I know, I tried to argue with the Vologic, but couldn't come up with a decent reply. His point is valid. I can't even argue it was a dirty hit. Cheap? Possibly. It just seemed...unnecessary for a preseason game. Will a hit like that get Phaneuf a better spot in the line-up? No. His job is secure. Celine reminds me of Scott Stevens in some ways. If there's a chance to flatten someone who's vulnerable, they'll take it.

I watched a bit of the game online last night. Definitely weird seeing Comrie in an Oiler uniform again. Someone should tell Celine Dion Phaneuf that he's a lock to make the Flames this year. He isn't impressing anyone by injuring dudes in the preseason.

I watched an episode the other day with the S/O. It had us laughing pretty good. Finished watching season 4 of LOST the other day. I used to rate season four and three as the weakest of the series, but after watching them again I think they're pretty much equal.

I'm finding that the fighting in NHL1O is starting to grow on me, albeit slightly. I also really enjoy the **** that goes on after the whistle. Its cool having three opposing players skate after you.

I was just messing with you, Hurley. My first shot at the draft I was nearly taken by the Oilers, but with the pick beforehand I was selected by the Blues. After five games, which I notched two goals and assists, and a whack of penalty minutes (I'm not getting the hang of the new fighting, at all) they sent me down to Peoria. So I deleted that file and started in the Oilers organization. And began the season in the minors. It seems the same, just with holding on the boards, lol.

I got it. Pretty good so far, though in the online mode it seemed almost impossible to score, me and the other guy each had about 25 shots on goal but it was 0-0 all the way into the shoot out I buckled and picked it up this morning as well. I'll see you bastards online in a few hours! Except you Hurlshot:)

I think it'll be really interesting to watch the top line for the Sharks this year. They're going to score a bunch, for sure. But be warned, Hurlshot. Heatley my score forty goals, but he'll also watch twenty go in because he's too lazy to backcheck. Needless to say, I'm totally picking Thornton, Heatley, and Setoguchi in my hockey pool.

The Hurt Locker. I was really impressed with this.

I spent last night at a nearby lake with the fiancee and her parents. This morning my future father in law went golfing. Not a bad idea, except for the fact that I haven't golfed since about 1996. It was pretty miserable, I must admit, but I made about four decent shots during our nine hole round. It's just too bad that doesn't make up for the other ninety crappy ones. Now I'm home, reeking of campfire. And my xbox is still broken.

I can't hear you! *still doesn't have a console with a decent (recent) NHL game* No marathon sessions anymore, just a couple minutes here and there to relieve stress and boredom. or at least until Modern Warfare Two comes out... Lol, yeah, probably. Some of the game footage I've seen so far looks like one big cluster****.

I broke my xbox! Oddly enough, it wasn't the RROD. I'm just not getting any sort of video output at all. I've loaded my HDMI into three different ports on my tv. I've removed the HDMI and ran with component cables. No dice. I just spent the last hour troubleshooting it online, and had no luck. So I log into the site, register my repair, and then go to print my confirmation sheet. Then my printer tells me it doesn't have enough colored ink to print. So I tell it to go black and white. Computer says no. Hmm, I detect that I'm failing on a technical level today. I wonder if my ipod and blackberry will malfunction tomorrow...

Personally, I can't wait for the Wolverine / Snow White team up. Those dwarves are in deep **** now.

Honestly the only trade between the two teams I can see happening is Marleau for Heatley.

I can't post links from my phone, but I just read that San Jose traded away some salary to Vancouver. I wonder what they have planned. Heatley, perhaps?
