  1. Debug Mode Codes While playing, hit ~ to bring up the console. Then type in "DebugMode 1" without the quotes. You may then use the following code. rs ga_party_limit(6) Raises the amount of party members you may have at once to 6. Default is 3 in Act 1 and 4 in Acts 2 and 3.
  2. Do you guys know which elemental resistances I should give to my favored soul 10/stormlord 10/warpriest 10 for MotB? Electrical resistance comes automatically with the stormlord but what about the rest?
  3. I am sorry but I have been playing NWN2 for 2 weeks more or less and I have been playing through the warehouse last week-end and never had a problem. Just note that I have both expansions and have patched my game. I am playing as a cleric and I believe it is a must-have class in the OC. I don't understand your problem as I even had to boost the game's difficulty to get some challenge: I have set it on the hardest level of difficulty, I am using a mod that doesn't allow resting in dangerous areas and I am using a mod called "improved challenge v.4" which raises considerably the enemies' saves, hp, bab and ac. Have you done all the sub-quests? When I reached the warehouse, I was something like level 8. You could also remove the party member limit so that you may get one more character in my party. I did that so that I could get qara in addition to the 3 first companions. It was challenging but nothing unbeatable.
  4. Well, after playing quite a bit of NWN2 OC, I have to admit that the game is solid, has nice graphics and I am having lot of fun. Even some of the areas everyone is complaining about (the orc caves and the warehouse) are not that terrible. NWN1 had similar areas... Good job on that one, Obsidian! And I am really looking forward to TBH as the engine offers many possibilities.
  5. I am planning the following build: Favored Soul (10) / Stormlord (10) / Warpriest (10) I am sure my character is gonna kick a$$!
  6. That info was very useful, thanks!
  7. But will this choice affect the type of ending you will get? Isn't there some point near the end of the game where I can make a save and then try different dialog options in order to get different endings?
  8. Thanks for the input, guys! I will definitely avoid Windows 7 until it becomes the standard platform (maybe in 5 years, who knows)...
  9. I second that!
  10. Is there some point in the game where the story branches out just like in typical Bioware games? At which point do I need to keep a specific save in order to be able to see both the good and evil endings?
  11. I don't know if you have seen the special limited offer that Microsoft is making: you can now buy Windows 7 at half price. The question is whether we need to upgrade our OS or not. I am pretty happy with XP and it works fine with all of my games. Do I run the risk of encountering problems with my games if I install the new version of windows? Is it worth the risk of purchasing it?
  12. Some kind of red-bearded, dark-skinned dwarf. He's either putting on one of his gloves, or making the sign of the clan Barrelbusters, of which he is obviously a member. Ok, so it's either a new d&d game or that supposedly-called "seven dwarves project"... I just wish they made TBH into an original product no matter its setting...
  13. Who cares about Beth anyway? Their games are average at best... They just got their recent notoriety thanks to a great game/licence developed by another company...
  14. What's up, onionhead?
  15. I don't know about you guys but I am not that much enthusiastic about the Pathfinder changes. At best, I will use 20-30% of what is in the book...
  16. I guess this is the end of the BIO we knew and appreciated. These are sad times since I cannot find anymore any rpg worth playing. Obsidian is not making anything interesting, CDP is almost bankrupt and BIO has been making worse games with each year passing... I guess the oldies will remain goodies forever...
  17. Lol, Sawyer has some problems with his fans: http://www.rpgcodex.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=33808
  18. Huh? Most of my party is made of spellcasters anyway (the red wizard, the spirit shaman and the cleric), so it won't change much if I add another character that has limited-uses per day abilities... Thanks for the tip, btw... I just wanted to try something fresh and a cleric/warlock combo seems quite promising... It's just that I have never played a warlock before and do not know if it is even worth taking levels in this class... They don't look that strong to me, that is why I am trying to find some cool combo...
  19. I am planning my character for MotB. I am thinking of a Cleric 15 / Warlock 15. Is that a build that would work?
  20. What's wrong with the BG2 avatars and animations? Don't they look almost the same (if not improved?) compared to the BG1/IWD1 ones?
  21. In any case, I wouldn't mind at all if they adapted the story to an original IP. The problem is that it takes time to develop a new ruleset. Just look how long it took Bio to make Dragon Age...
  22. It's dark and gritty, don't forget... and epic! roflmao
  23. There's something you do not know: TBH is taking place in the Dalelands in the FR. So, we ain't talking about a new IP and/or ruleset...
  24. Some kind of red-bearded, dark-skinned dwarf. He's either putting on one of his gloves, or making the sign of the clan Barrelbusters, of which he is obviously a member. Isn't that an Urdunnir dwarf from the FR setting?
  25. Impossible: 1) Sawyer has already stated that he would rather TBH to be an independent module than an official product. This is mainly because he is implementing his own house rules and because his story has some moral ambiguities which contradict WotC's policies. 2) Sawyer is already working on F3:LV. He is the one behind the story of TBH so it's inconceivable that Obsidian would be developing such a game without him. 3) It would have to be a 4E game which would really suck...
