  1. The slappee looks like JK5 ...
  2. Better add spelling homework to the todo list, then, as well ..
  3. I dunno, I don't read what other people say! Are you mad?!
  4. She's not a blue midget!
  5. So that means the only recource for Diplomacy geeks is to play in groups? That's almost not allowed: it's far too social.
  6. Geeks and Goths are groups of outcasts from other groups. They do not limit membership, they just hang around with tolerant, meritocratically chosen, similar-thinking people to themselves, whatever that may entail.
  7. His eyes aren't bleeding enough to be related ...
  8. No, not a tank. Tankgirl.
  9. I normally play as a monk. Odd, because I am not religious at all ... but then again monks IRL don't get (or need) innate magic resistance ...
  10. It was released last week!? I haven't see a review in any of the games mags ...
  11. That was Surreptishus:
  12. I don't know if I can accept your answer after you failed to nominate a secondary teammate to take the physical challenge. Thanks for trying! But don't worry, we've got a consolation prize for you (a game of KotOR:TSL) providing you can form a cogent sentence; elsewise the runner-up consolation prize will be yours (two games of KotOR:TSL).
  13. Hilde, time for the noctural dose now, I think ...
  14. Buzzzzzzzzzzzzz. You lose the "spot the film reference" challenge for today, but Thanks for playing! I'll throw it open to the floor, now ...
  15. Please do not be afraid to add some game-related posts to this spam thread. Thank you for your co-operation.
  16. That's a big twinkie.
  17. Because, obviously, the AI decided that Kreia casting fifteen Force Valours in a row made better strategic sense than diverting precious AI resources trying to cast different powers and actually fighting in a combat situation.
  18. Yes. Maybe the Obsidian devs are posting on the Bio boards ... and because of the woeful response rate, they don't have any other spare time to post here ... Yeah! That's it! "
  19. Actually, reading the developers' diary (regarding NWN2, I think it was, republished on No MUTANTS Allowed and linked here by one of the devs), the Turn-based game mechanic is much more complex than real-time; eliminating turn-based action simplifies the development process markedly. True enough: from the NWN2 review in the December issue of PC Gamer (as quoted on NWN2 News site: "Views can be classic overhead or 3rd person view." So much for the death of RPGs.
  20. Well, I guess very young commoners were still apprenticed to mages, so you may be a common-class sorcerer's apprentice (think Mickey in Fantasia). I liked: As we were already told Strongholds are in, but they are more then "window dressing". They will serve as the PCs base of operations and will be important to the main story. You can hire NPCs to staff your stronghold and gain benefits from such. The example given is you can hire a Scholar to research new spells while you are away on a quest. Companions who join you will you have their own motivation, interests and depending on your actions may open up side quests for you... or tick them off and have them up and leave. They will work similar to KotOR2 and it's influence system. and I hope this will not be as gimmicky as it might be, should the accountants run rampant through the latter part of the development cycle ...
  21. Will ship to United States, Canada. I want one.
  22. Haven't you made an appointment with a professional to help you with that Whedon-envy, yet? "
