  1. I'm not Eldar, but I think I can safely answer that one anyway: Yes It's a "fantasy" version of Necromunda. Right down to the betrayals and backstabbing between players in the quest for fame and fortune :D
  2. I hadn't even heard about half of the names on that list... :">
  3. *Sigh* A remake of the original Tombraider game (same game on a new engine) is very high on my wishlish
  4. There is a downloadable PC demo from Eidos website (500+ mb). Looks nice enough I guess and pretty fun to play too (the single demo level you get that is). Reminds me of a twenty first century Tombraider II.
  5. I've never really been into the MMOxyz thing, but I'll keep an eye out for this one... Especially if it turns out to be a computerised version of Mordheim
  6. The Warhammer universe (at least the old one, that I remember) makes White Wolfs settings look like Hasbros "My Little Pony" universe by comparison
  7. I think both soundtracks suited their games and athmospheres quite well Same thing goes for Bloodlines, one of the most awesome overall sound experiences (voice acting and music) I can remember listening to in any game. It doesn't really seem quite fair to take the soundtracks out of context and compare them, but thats just me Why all the picking on poor Gabrielle ?
  8. Listening to the music right now... :'( Somebody must be responsible for games like that not being made anymore... Please tell me who, I really need to hate somebody
  9. Should it ever come to a test of strength between Queen and parliament (in Denmark), I know which one I would put my money on (hint: It's not the parliament) :o"

Emotion is what got Anakin chopped into pieces. Jedi dont let their emotions control their actions. Sometimes, the DS vs. LS thing looks like brute force vs. skill and discipline. It reminds one of that old less sucky Van Damme movie, what was its name... Bloodsport I think. Various techniques pitted against each other, each with it's own strength and weaknesses, none of them really inherently better when used by masters.
  11. Not to mention replacing the picture of Elizabeth on all the coins... :ermm:" Believe or not FoD, there are lots of places out there who are worse
  12. Add T3 even if just for the sake of continuity... Hmm... does that smell like Han Solo (Mira), A C3P0 variant with split personality (HK was also a protocol droid) and a wise ass R2D2 clone (T3) ;)"
  13. Ahem...
  14. An exercise in futility. I can't even remember what 10 movies I put in the 3 previous threads identical to this one... Anyway, influenced by previous posters who jogged my memory, a cup of coffee, browsing my DVD collection and some other stuff (in no particular order): Return of the Jedi A Clockwork Orange (must be the sound track) Dr. Strangelove The Seven Samurais Delicatessen Little Shop of Horrors The Rocky Horror Picture Show The Fifth Element Bladerunner The Two Towers (extended version) Regards and regrets go out to all the great films that I just forgot during the 5 minutes of writing this post
  15. Glad to hear that everything turned out well
  16. The Swedes are the ones with the princesses, our royal family got all male heirs
  17. Isn't that sort of the deal with mermaids... tricking people into approaching them ?!? :-"
  18. Hey, we got a nice flag. God Himself gave it to us at Lyndanisse (Estonia) in 1219 to show, that we were his chosen people
  19. *Grrr* It's like the day before xmas... you know, the day that never ends. It's not like there is that many short lightsabers left on that progress page Damn parents, won't even left us touch and shake the gifts a bit, oh no, do not open until xmas "

http://www.fad.di.dk Site is in English, don't worry If you click on "Members", you'll get a list of at least some of the defence contractors (like 40 or so).

  23. Was that in the time of The Holy Roman Empire ?!? I know those emperors partially created the mess we see today in the Balkans, but still... But yeah, them austrians do have funny accents. So do Danes btw. when they try to speak english. In my old company, they had a game where newcomers should guess the different nationalities in the team. Danes (me included) were easy to pick out due to our accents :">
  24. I would add AmigaOS to the list... Offers most of the important features of Win2K in a 512kb rom chip and 10mb diskspace... (and that 10-12 years before Win2K)"

A pet peeve of mine is people who spell like a dyslexic intentionally on internet message boards. Atrocities like 'Threw' instead of 'Through', 'U' instead of 'You' etc. And then then are conceited enough, to think that they have impressed their peers somehow by spelling like a bloody internet peasant
