Again, you fail to grasp the difference between opinion and fact. Could the game have been better given more time for development? Possibly. We will never know, though. Is the game not a "decent" sequel to K1? Is it incomplete? Is it unplayable? No way. If you expected the best CRPG ever, then you let yourself get deceived by the hype. It's not OE or LA's fault. And please, neither Hades nor GoA are gods here, and their post counts or register dates aren't the magic wand that instantly turns their opinions into facts. Until you can provide tangible proof to support that, your figures aren't very reliable. And even if they are, they aren't significant since it's only a small sample. If you search around you will see that K2 has sold like 250k copies already. And there's still the issue of the reviews. Nah, I think it's you who needs to check his facts.
