  1. There is no such thing. It is the product of hyperactive imaginations.
  2. The true Sith are dead and forgotten. The lame references to some godly beings of pure evil and chaos that are known as "The True Sith" should be just ignored for the greater good just like it was done with the midichlorians. Thank you very much.
  3. Um, I don't think one is supposed to be "oneself" on the boards. I know I'm not. Whatever floats your boat. Gold.
  4. Ah, it's good to know. Thanks for the reply. a.k.a. utopia.
  5. He just attempted to manipulate the next would-be Emperor, and murdered a few imperials. But when he is told to go away, he does just that. I know, his actions make a bit more sense knowing what he is and what he's about, but the explanation of all that is a different series. They aren't even comics. For the casual reader his actions are a bit confusing.
  6. Nom Anor appears in CE II, yes. I don't know if that's his first appearance, though. I was somewhat disappointed by his role in that comic. When I read it, I knew nothing about that guy, and he made absolutely no sense.
  7. I'm guessing your problem might have to do with the game requiring Pixel Shader (2.0 IIRC). Most older cards don't have that. Mine is a Radeon 9600 XT, and it runs pretty damn smooth. That sort of card should have experienced a serious price drop already and it wasn't too expensive when I got it, about a year ago. While it's not worth it to get a new card just to play LEGO SW, most graphics-intense games are going to require that sort of technology, so it's your call...
  8. Okay. But Crimson Empire is still good reference material about Palps' Royal Guard. Not the best comic ever, but will pass the time.
  9. Yeah, my only reason for arguing with you is to have you give me an opening to deliver that line. And for that I thank you. )
  10. Hmm. Unimaginative and full of prejudices. This keeps getting better. Also, you seem obsessed with gayness. Are you sure you are not gay? "
  11. Bah. You probably watch her movies dubbed. And, at any rate, you like TotJ, so your opinion isn't worth jack. )
  12. Heh. If your biggest reason to label someone a bad actor is one of their physical attributes, then you obviously don't know what makes an actor great. Perhaps Liam Neeson's grand nose prevents him from being a good actor, too.
  13. Yep. Read Crimson Empire for further details. Those aren't as bad as TotJ. But then again, nothing is. "
  14. The game is officially complete, yes. But there was a post from Chris Avellone stating they had asked LA for permission to do a "content" patch. The extent of the changes such patch would effect is unknown. That post lasted a day or so before the whole thread was deleted. Don't hold your hopes too high.
  15. While I'm not going to debate Portman's performance in SW as you guys are pretty entrenched, I think she is not a bad actress overall. An actress can only do so much with the cheesy lines and bad directing she's given, you know. Besides, most of the SW characters are pretty much cliche to begin with, so no amount of flawless acting is going to make them any more credible. You guys watch Closer and then you honestly tell me she has no acting skills. Oh, and Han's line isn't cheesy. It's a freaking classic.
  16. There, I think that's more realistic.
  17. Yep. Damn shame. So Luke was 18 when he beat Vader? That would mean he was at least 15 when he blew the DS. But come think of it, it's not that weird, his father had done that before.
  18. Well, since the flesh and bone actor used as a model (presumably that guy from DFII:JK) was Lucas' younger thin brother, it's not that surprising.
  19. Ah, ok. It was a consciously stupid joke, then. Thanks for the clarification.
  20. I'd still rent it to see what you might be missing, but whatever floats your boat.
  21. Nope. Those are members of the Senate Guard. Palpatine gets some "extra" protection for himself shortly after becoming Supreme Chancellor. I think you can see a few of his red guardsmen in AotC. It's funny that in the only two occasions in which we see Palps in peril, his Guard is nowhere to be found.
