LS: Sentinel/weaponsmaster, DS:Sentinel or Guardian/Sith Lord. Question: You don't have to be a "master" (or a sith lord) to train an apprentice do you? Or maybe you have to have gotten to the prestige classes before you can take on one, or can you just be a regular old Jedi and take an apprentice?

They were cool, but because there were so many, it sort of made them less special and unique. You weren't special cause you had one: everyone did!

I would erase Zalbaar. He had no personality and ther ewere plenty of other characters that could do gis job fighting wise. He just seemed to be there for filler and not as a real character.
