Echani are contract killers or Merchenaries usually. There were a few of them on Manaan. They look human I think. Iradorians have this battle fever that hits them when they make a kill. That bounty hunter who captured the Selkath children on manaan was Iridorian. He was wearing that yellow suit and he was in the cantina.

One was a racer on Manaan and another one was the merchant you buy HK-47 from.

Right, which is what makes me lean towards the, "telosian crash" theory. There was that one part on manaan that you had to do solo. Maybe it's like that, except you have unforseen complications (And crash and have to do that last leg of the journey by yourself and find a way to get back). This sounds a lil' harder than the first game lol (not that it was hard).

It would make sense that that would be the case...

Does that one snow scene look like a cutscene to anybody else? I've heard several theories. One is that it is a flsh back cutscene of a time when the player went to Rhen Var or another ice planet. Another is that it's just you on R. Var. The third one is that maybe while on your way to annother "zone" on Telos, your shuttle crashes and you end up in one of the more inhospitable parts. Regardless of which one it is or none of them at all, I have a feeling that screen shot is rather important.

I agree with you, in that I don't think MSG is at the top of the food chain, but I'm a little hazy on how this whole alliance thing is meant to work. I just said It'd be nice to be knelt before, I really don't care who's doing the kneeling, as long as their granting me absolute power while doing it lol.

Hmmm... some people think that the snow screen shots are from Telos. It is supposed to have several different weather environments. We won't know for sure until the game comes out, unless a dev decides to tell us.
