    That's why we call it digital theft, which is a real thing. What would you rather call it? Piracy sounds silly. Invasion of privacy doesn't really cover it, because that would just be the act of hacking in and seeing the pictures. Taking the pictures and posting them up is closer to theft than anything else.

    I've never understood how people get hung up on the idea of digital theft. Do you argue over identity theft as well?

    I'm not even sure the invasion of privacy claim is that strong. This is clearly theft, but most of these pictures were taken by the victims with full knowledge. The Erin Andrews story was a lot more invasive and creepy than this one.

    Completely disregarding user and critic reviews seems just as foolhardy as completely buying into user and critic reviews. It is perfectly possible to read through that stuff with a critical eye and get a good idea about how a game will fit your interests.

    I watched Fales a lot, given that he's at my alma mater, so I'm clearly biased. That being said, he is a very accurate QB with fantastic anticipation, and those are two traits that are very difficult to coach. Derek Carr is starting for the Raiders, and he actually lost in a huge game to Fales at the end of the last football season. Both QB's played out of their heads, but Fales was a step ahead. That being said, I think it is bad that Carr is starting, I want every good QB to get a year on the sidelines learning the NFL.

    Origin is solid and I'm really enjoying Madden, so I don't have any beef with EA. Plus it's a video game company, so I don't get real emotional with them. Now when I went through a short sale with Wells Fargo, that was cause for some real consternation towards a company. So yeah, your problems are petty.

    So my wife has chronic pancreatitis, and she has to take these enzyme pills with every meal to help process the food. She also tries to avoid high fat and sugar. I don't know if that will help your dog.

    Yeah I avoided them like the plague. It is not going to be the same type of year, at least until they get Bowman and Aldon Smith back.

    I feel like 9 books probably would have been the right number to devote to Drizzt. I enjoyed the stuff in High School, and then it just kinda hit a point where I was like meh.

    Hey, I won a game! Of course the kid ragequit after I picked off a pass, but I still got credit for the win. I am now 1-2 in online play. There are a lot of decent solo challenges though, so I don't even need to play against people if I don't want to.

    So I've delved into this online Madden thing where you have cards and take challenges. It's interesting, but I still don't like playing other people. Lag in a football game is not fun.

    It is one thing to look at the leaked photos, but it is much more disturbing to not have enough shame to lie about looking at them on public forums.

    We could totally have an Obsidian Book Club now.

    The nice thing about the PS4 is I get a lot of non-gaming use out of it. Yeah, it's a bit expensive for a blu-ray/media player, but it fills that role well and I get to enjoy a few games I wouldn't on the PC.
