***Un-Official Kotor 2 FAQ***
Child of Flame replied to JediMasterRevan's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Correction, it's nice when people take a significant amount of time to write THEIR OWN FAQs for people to benefit from, this plagairized POS doesn't deserve the light of day though, I say we torch it to hell. :D -
Next time edit your post d!ckwad, it makes you look much more intelligent than posting twice. <_<

They were a buggy bony insectoid species. Quite frankly, I doubt it would have been possible for them to interbreed without the dark side energies. Pics? There are none, it's like what world Yoda comes from, it's a mystery....there are descriptions but no pics, at least not on google, unless you count some of the comic pictures of some of the Sith/human mongrel early sith lords.

But it was funny BS, now wasn't it, not for you though... Aye that it was, and if she (he?) can't see the humor in it she (he?) is an ass. -

Ummm, I dunno... kotor has sold alot of copys. And those who bought it will become RPG fans, and sooner or later those people will grow-up and/or become more sophisticated and demand more from RPGS. Just a matter of waiting realy, and also hoping that publishers grow up too, and stop bullying and walking over hard working developers and start giving respect to the people who are making their money! Surely games cant stay in this state for much longer. I sense somthing is going to happen sooner rather than later. But then again it's crazy how much money is going into alot of games. How can a game what has cost over 5 million to make be so shallow? What is it with spending insane amounts of cash on graphics? Graphics has become the selling point for every big budget game in existance. Most of the time I still think highly detailed 2D graphics looks better than all this shiny and plastic looking 3D stuff out there. Whats with all the shiny stuff anyway? How much does it cost to make every god damn surface shiny? But saying that Warhammer 40000: dawn of war, looks nice, dark, grity and rich with little things just laying around so I guess state of the art graphics is catching up. Umm, wtf am i talking about? nm, i'll stop here. I hope so. It's not just piss poor RPGs either. Max Payne 2: kick ass game, I was in love with it up until the end....and then it was over. Don't get me wrong, what was there was awesome, the GFX kicked ass even on a fairly low end PC, (don't get me wrong, GFX lend almost nothing to the game, but even someone who enjoys text based games just as much as Unreal had to appreciate the rag doll physics on those chairs. ) and the story was so awesome it played more like a GOOD movie, or a kick ass graphic novel than a game; but it was short as hell. The original one wasn't much longer either. Beyond Good & Evil: best 'Adventure' (think Legend of Zelda) game ever IMHO. Had me caring about the characters in it more than KotOR. But it was over before the story seemed to play out to full fruition. Even XPlay said the only reason they didn't give it a five star rating was because just when they were leaning on the edge of their seats wondering what was going to happen next; it was over. Sure they hinted there'd be a sequel in the tiny bit of cinematics after the credits played....but why did it have to be so short? Even more racing or 'Pallet' minigames would have been welcome, those were FUN; and for those who played it, does anyone think Pallet would make an excellent quasi Air Hockey arcade game? P.S. We're aiming to fix all of these problems in a certain 'mod' that shall remain unnamed, made and distributed by a certain non profit (so far) completely independent team I'm on, but more than likely, it's going to be an especially under the radar title as if it attracts too much attentoin there are certain legal implications. And yes, for the buggers who think voice overs are everything, it will have them; but it will also be enormous, have a kick ass story, and tons of character development. -

Oh no, that's not bad. Bad is "The Glove of Vader" or whatever it's called. I've tried so hard to erase that book from my mind. -
I am a passenger!!!

Well, what with these new 'suggestions'; I propose that they have Fade to Black by Metallica playing for the Dark Side ending credits. I think, joking aside, that would actually fit it quite well. Life it seems, will fade away Drifting further every day Getting lost within myself Nothing matters no one else I have lost the will to live Simply nothing more to give There is nothing more for me Need the end to set me free Things are not what they used to be Missing one inside of me Deathly lost, this can't be real Cannot stand this hell I feel Emptiness is filing me To the point of agony Growing darkness taking dawn I was me, but now He's gone No one but me can save myself, but it to late Now I can't think, think why I should even try Yesterday seems as though it never existed Death Greets me warm, now I will just say good-bye Would that not complement the disparate hopelessness of the Dark Side, eventually leading up to death at the hands of the apprentice? No? -

Child of Flame replied to EnderAndrew's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
He's alive in spirit, but to save himself he had to make himself part of a temple on Yavin IV, trapped there until Luke started his Jedi Academy and he was able to force his will on one of the students. So yes, he's alive, no you won't see him anywhere other than in a temple on Yavin IV. P.S. This is also how all the Massassis died. In the Sith Magic spell he cast to make his spirit a part of the temple, it took all their life force. Those 4000 years spent in solitude also made him rather more unstable than he already was. -

But Atton Rand bears a striking resemblence to Han Solo. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Damn you Obsidian. Shattering my image of the best character ever to come from Star Wars. -
Aw, they gotta do the moves too, the song demands them! (ponders hidden collectable costumes in the game so you can get the full ending)

You know what would kick ass is a flying Kowakian Lizard Monkey Jedi. :D -
Oh my gosh, are you serious?

I thought of another one. 3. Flying monkeys. That's the one thing KotOR was missing. That and Ninjas, but it sounds like the Sith Assassain (?) prestige class is already going to remedy that. Wait a second....were there pirates in KotOR? Flying Monkeys, Ninjas, and Pirates. Then KotOR 2 will have reached completion. P.S. If flying monkeys can't be added to Star Wars, how about a Kowakian Monkey Lizard a la Salacious Crumb. That guy was awesome. -

Fine, fine, less obnoxious. I would like to say in my defense that the only reason it was set at such a large font is because early on, there was a person asking for KotOR cheats directly under one of my posts.
