Vader had to be a petulant brat at one point...he wasn't born a Dark Lord. I admit the pod racing bit was waaaaaaaay over done. GL went to the extreme with that, and could have answered the "Where did Vader learn to fly" question in about an eighth of the time. The romance scenes were necessary to show where Skywalker and Leia came from. The gungans were necessary to market Star Wars toys....too bad for GL THAT back-fired! After all, GL made all the money on the first movie from marketing toys and other Star Wars products...not from ticket sales. With that money he was able to buy the rights to the story back from the original studio and make the next two movies. I guess in his mind if it worked once, create a gimmicky character and it'll work again. My bet is that the Vader scene in the teaser comes at or very near the end of the movie. So all of you hoping to hear JEJ as the voice of Darth Vader again will be very disappointed. I think I may be falling for hype again, please help me. I saw the trailer/preview when we saw The Incredibles on Sunday, and just hearing the Emperor saying "Rise Lord Vader" and hearing James Earl Jones respond has my fanboyishness up and running again....I don't want to be disappointed again...but the trailer made it look so good.

Whoohoo, I just visited a "questionable" website using IE, and without any popups or dialogue boxes, at least 12 spyware programs installed themselves. I'm running WinXP SP2 with all the latest security updates. Don't consider yourself safe just because you don't click the yes button, especially if you're using IE. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> HA! I got rid of that antiquated P.O.S. a LONG while ago. I was just trying to point out that clicking 'yes' in those boxes is quite possibly the dumbest thing one can do. If you haven't already, turning off Active X will cut down on those spyware installs significantly.

Try the adware removers again, but do so in safemode (without networking). I'll bet it catches new things this time around. O and use two programs (along with ad-aware) people posted links for previously in this thread: Spybot and Regcleaner they picked up several things Ad-Aware missed and vice versa <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, and don't go downloading "'free movie viewers' to see 'hardcore adult content'" when the popup window shows. You should know better man....90% of the time those have bundled spyware.

Last time I went skiing was the 3rd grade field trip. I got mixed up with the paths and accidentally ended up on a black diamond....they weren't marked all that well, and the arrows were pointing in the same general direction. It was my first time skiing, needless to say, I got stuck up on the mountain, and one of the ski patrol dudes ended up giving me a ride down. One of the most embarrassing moments of my life.

Secondly, while I really don't like GE foods, and also think Organic crops are the best thing around, it's not for the reasons you say. The reason Organic foods are better is not because they're neccessarily better for you, but because they're better for the environment. The farmland in the midwest is literally eroding into the Mississippi River due to the types of fertilizer they're using, leaving a large part of the ground as sand. The pesticides are probably the only thing that organic food lacks that's actually harmful, but instead of those, you get Salmonella (in small amounts of course, but it's there). The real problem with GE crops, is most of them can cross pollinate with regular crops. IIRC, corn pollen can travel something like 50 miles on the wind...and thus contaminate a neighbor's non-GE crops. This is what mkreku said, and he's right to boot. I haven't heard of any cases where GE crops or livestock have directly harmed humans, but I have heard of them harming the natural balance of the environment. (Though the same can be said for introducing non-native animals to a new place, New Zealand comes to mind).

Firstly, have you invested in the proper skill trees for overclocking? The LE version (If it's similar to the SE version of the ATI cards) would probably pack some pretty similar punch to the more expensive versions, though I'd have to investigate that as I've never used Nvidia but once in my life....then moved on to ATI with greener overclocking pastures.

Oh yeah, and leech, I leech off my parents quite a bit, it seems to work quite well. Come sometime next year, if all goes well, I should be moving to Sonoma to work as a Child Care Worker at a Boarding School, while taking Community College course so as to knock out not only my first two years of real college, but also take every single math course they offer so I'll be well prepared when I eventually go to Digipen in Seattle. The job sucks, but the pay is good, and the work week consist of a consecutive three and a half days....which leaves the rest for learnin'.
