I always assumed some magic was involved, working to slowly (or rather quicly often in CoT games) eroding the mind. Seeing as people tend to get magical insights and visions if they read books, see things they aren't supposed to in that universe..

As 213374U points out, unsolicited advice is basically asking for the person to shut you out. Because it often carries implicit criticism and moral judgement. Now that criticism may certainly be true in this case, but the question is - why is it really any of your concern? So that you don't have to feel bad when she dies? .. I think this is why we get pissed off when people criticize us, the offer of help is basically to ease your own immediate or future discomfort, thereby showing her that you find her uncomfortable - making her selfconscious about it, which in a worse case scenario would actually compound the problem. Become her friend instead and help alleviate the underlying cause rather than the symptom.

No, her own place. She's been living here for a bout a week (month in reality though heh) until she found a place and we shortly thought about just moving in together, but 3 months is too soon in my opinion. Next round of moving though.

Found out I can convert my Crusader Kings II game into Europa Universalis IV (slowpoke here).. Now I think I'll start a game in CK as a Norse, reform the faith, conquer northern Europe and then onwards to spread 'Asetro'/Norse paganism to the world. And then have the mighty Huscarls of Scandinavia conquer the world..

What happened in the comic? Yes I know I could look it up myself but I don't want to stumble into a spoiler of any kind. But of course there are a lot of elements from the comics that doesn't work well when translated to the TV show.. Michonne is probably the best example, she's awesome in the comic, because she's properly explained.. but comes off as extremely tacky and overpowered on TV with that insta-decappichino-Katana. Same with Abraham that was just introduced Looks and sound waay to cliché on TV, but in the comic the play on the cliché a lot and flesh him out by giving him a pretty quirky moral.. Something that has been alluded to in the show, but I doubt they'll handle it very well. They did however manage to make the Governor a lot more interesting on the show in his last 2 episodes showing his human side, in the comic has was just an insane dictator that went crazy cause his kid died.. Which made him, ironically - a very cartoony villain.

Yeah me too, except it was a little more brutal in the comic of course..
