  5. I would think that anyone following one of the major religions would have pretty good grounds to plead insanity on just about any charge.
  6. ^^Double true, unless you're really into Romantic Era incidential music those composers probaly wouldn't hold much appeal to you. As far as Jazz goes any night of the week you can see a show in Austin at the Elephant Room, and some nights at the Mercury when they're not having hip-hop night or whatever. I would imagine the same would be true of any large European city. Most modern jazz musician simply have to tour in Europe to make a living now days. If you really enjoy both these styles of music then I would really recomend that you pick up an instrument, or take a music appreciation class. Either way will expose you to intricacies of the genres and more then likely bring you in close contact with others who appreciate the music as well.

  12. T.O. is definitely the Cowboys type guy: Loud, stupid, would betray anyone for anything. All he needs now is a coke addiction and to steal away the wife of a lowbrow entertainer and the transformation is complete.

  16. I really liked 28 Days Later, but I went into the movie theater not knowing anything about it. I do recall the next day making mental notes about things I could do to fortify my apartment against zombie attack. Tomorrow it seems that I'm going to have to watch The Hills Have Eyes. Theres a good chance I'll be checking my watch about ten min. into it.
  17. In Texas one can only get on a balot as an independent if they recieve some 60,000 write in votes, and only those not participating in either party's primary are eligible. Where as it is not impossible by any means, I don't think these restrictions are fair, and unless someone has considerable clout can these things be achieved. I'm not refering to the presidential elections. This latest round of opposition to campaign financial is annoying. Saying that by restricting how much money a private interest group can give a candidate "limits their freedom of speech" seems a gross misinterpretation of the constitution
  18. James Brown -- It's a Man's Man's Man's World
  19. To me the polarization of politics in america is done so that people feel compelled to choose one of the two existing parties. Both parties would have alot to lose if a third party gained momentum. As it is currently its hard for a third party canidate to even get on a ballot. Specifically the democratic party seems to be more the "anti-republican" party lately. Instead of coming up with its own original platform its seems content with just being against whatever the republicans are trying to do.
  20. Nujabes -- Aruarian Dance
  21. I was looking at these at my school's library and I got a bunch of girls coming over and trying to make out with the screen. Then one of them mentioned the extreme turdness of Lare Kikkeli and how only someone with almost no manhood would make comments such as his. We then went back to the dorm and engaged in naked aerobic. Ah, good times.......thanx Rosbjerg
