In reality this game is at best a 7.5 unless you can just ignore a severly debilitated plot and a horrendous ending to boot. The game does have pretty good atmosphere, but it seems alot of people mistake that for a decent plot. The story seems flawed at its vey base, and this only seems to become more apparent the further you progress. The dialogue sequences that are suppose to bring about quest that were deleted are still available and make for a very frustrating playthrough. Finally the tweeked d20 system of K1 was even more significantly altered making the game ridiculously easy no matter what kind of character you played. Despite all that there is alot about the game that is really neat to see. The graphics are pretty good, maybe a bit better then the first, somehow the sound is much worse. I bought the game because it was Star Wars, and RPG and I like the first one.

Then why lure them to Malachor if not to use the generator? I would think Revan would have to know -
I think if our government had a secret base to conduct such experiment, then we certainly would have no idea where it was

If Mira is offering to let you show her the force,
Laozi replied to megaton's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Usually if you just talk to her and choose the right dialogue options you'll gain enough influence with her that you don't even have to leave Nar Shadaa Then all you have to do is go to the spot before entering the entertainment pomenade and she'll be good to go -

Thanx, I wonder what they taught Luke that was so different? Insert jokes here-----> -
Oh, come on. The "true" Sith is just a convenient term for the descendents of the Sith Empire that attacked the Republic under the command of Naga Sadow a little over 1000 years before the time of Ulic, Exar Kun and Revan. The whole thing is described in the "Golden Age of the Sith Empire" and "Fall of the Sith Empire" comic book series, if anyone is interested. We haven't heard anything about those Sith since Naga Sadow's invasion failed, but we know they're still out there, so they're a good and untapped resource for enemies in the KotOR games. They were also rather arrogant and racist about their racial purity, which is probably what "true" Sith is supposed to me - to those Sith both Malak, Sion, Kreia and DS Revan (and DS Exile for that matter) would all be "usurper" or "pretender" Sith, since they're not what they consider to be pure Sith blood. There is even some truth to that, since the term Sith comes from a humanoid race that the dark jedi expelled from the Republic enslaved and then interbreeded with. Still, by the time of KotOR, all fallen jedi are generally known as "Sith" no matter what their background - the term 'dark Jedi' doesn't seem to be used much anymore. Hmm, makes me wonder if the Jedi council (Vandar, Vrook, etc.) would consider Jolee to be a 'dark jedi' since he has clearly turned from what Palpatine would call the 'dogmatic, narrow view of the jedi'... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I had thought the EU was pretty clear in saying that they all had been "wiped out". If thats true or not I'd hate to see them rehashed, they were plenty crappy the first time, no need to recycle that crappiness when Obsidian seems pretty capable of producing its own crap.

Well really where the hang up for me is the ideal that they will appraise your land for you and give you a "fair" return. Thats crap. The biggest thing is that it takes the right of the owner to sell their land at a price of their asking. And worse of all the price is determined before the developement occurs and not an average of the two prices, making this so that what makes the most sense is taking the land away from low income families while also eliminating affordable properties and sending those families out into the world without enough money to afford new property within the immediate area of which they lived. For the most part its going to make homeowners into renters and if you've ever rented property then you know what a screw job that is

Ya the thing about the filesharing is that you can easily relate it to the ruling the supreme court gave on a citozen's right to sue gun manufacturers for making the weapons used in violent crimes. The Supreme Court established that the manufactures couldn't be found culpable in the crime since it is not their responsibility what the user did or didn't do with their product. To me this is pretty similiar.

Ya, you could probaly bet on that

Ya sure why not. They sell these inflatable dolls at certain hmmm.... stores. You can then go and get some wigs and clothes and do whatever, play God if you like.
-
And you should be. You see what is going to happen is at the start of Kotor 3 the true sith invade and start wrecking up the joint....bigtime. Then just about as they are about to totally seize power the True True Sith come in and fight the True Sith. Only after enlisting the help of many hippos and ninjas are the true sith able to defeat them. But then Gargamiel the leader of the True Sith gets an urgent call, his wife, telling him that the calls are coming from inside the house and to "get out" right away. We never learn what happened to him. Meanwhile a satellite collides with God kiling him/her, on Kashsykk a trees fall, and on Alderaan a man puts on a dress. Then Revan, Mark Twain, The Exile, and Skeletor from He-Man come out of light speed and defeat the British at the Battle of New Orleans.

Does anyone happen to have...

I thought it went a little something like this: It was daylight when you woke up in your ditch. You looked up at your sky, then that made blue be your color. You had your knife there with you too. when you stood up there was goo all over your clothes. Your hands were sticky. You wiped them on your grass, so now your color was green. Oh Lord, why did everything always have to keep changing like this. You were already getting nervous again. Your head hurt and it rang when you stood up. Your head was almost empty. It always hurt when you woke up like this. You crawled out of your ditch onto your gravel road and began to walk, waiting for the rest of your mind to come back to you. You can see the car parked far down the road and you walked towards it. "If god is our father," you thought, then Satan must be our cousin." Why didn't anyone else understand these important things? You got to your car and tried all the doors. They were locked. It was a red car and it was new. There was an expensive leather camera case laying on the seat. Out across your field, you could see two tiny people walking by your woods. You began to walk towards them. Now red was your color and, of course, those little people were yours too. -
Thats such a dirty word "procreated" tsk.. tsk.. Anyways mandalorians are indeed amphibians and can switch between genders when in time in need. You see mandalorian eggs have about an 80% chance of being male when they incubate at under 72 degrees F, but only a 12% chance of being male when the temperature is above 72 degrees. If the there is a cycle of either extreme hot or cold weather during the spring mating season the percentage of males or females could indeed skyrockets. To counter this and avoid the extinction of their race, mandalorians evolved with the ability to change genders, and then switch back after their eggs are laid. Perhaps all the mandalorians in the kotor games were concieved in a cooler enviroment.
