I guess I beleive that your subconscious either introverts and tries to reeexplore the life the conscious gets "first crack at". Where as I don't believe that our subconscious is "asleep" during our waking times, I do believe that only powerful or "important" things cause it to become proactive in the waking world. Things that might seem random to our conscious mind may fit together nicely to the other. When our subconscious extroverts, thats when the really interesting things happen. I believe that our subconsiouses interact all the time, but its in the "dreamworld' that the wall of our conscious is erroded into a simple collection of feelings and memeories that our subconsious can draw upon. I'm not sure if that makes much sense, I haven't really ever tried to share this, so I've never had to but words behind these things

the only thing I blame R* for is making the same game over and over again. How many times can you kill a whole lot of cops before its time to just move on?
  4. Class balance is a difficult thing for most any RPG to navigate, but seemingly especially so for the Kotor games as they have not gotten it right yet. I hope that in the next game theres no "Classes" for jedi, and that you could obtain the skills and abilities on your own. As for saving throws, I'd like to see something more uniform, reguardless of class

Be more of a "spiritual" person I tend more to have beliefs more so. I believe that during our sleep our subconscious either introverts or extroverts, giving vastly different experiences to the dreamer

I had a roomate that taught himself to Lucid Dream, he was a bigtime freak though, smart as all hell I might be having a lucid dream aright now, is that a Rosbjerg I see?
  7. I hope he will play in New York, its unfortant that the franchise had to waste away his last year over paying for players who care so much less for the game. Although its with the Oilers that he became an all-star and Hall of Famer, its in New York where he became a legend, and an icon for the things that are still great about Pro-Sports

I have to say I'm particuliarly interested in your opinion on this, so this is what you "believe"?
  9. I think you may be giving him a little too much credit there

I wonder: 1)For those who write have you ever had dreams about the characters you write about? 2) If you 've shared a room with someone have you ever seemed to share a dream?
  11. I thought girls usually had "dance parties" to solve everything

When I started smoking alot of pot I found that I almost never remembered my dreams, now that my pot use is pretty sporadic, I find most nights I remember atleast a piece of my dreams
  13. So what is "chemically" the same as adhering to a wornout stereotype? As for romances, I remember at the end of BG2 ToB and reading the Viconia ending with the romance and all, I got a somewhat similiar feeling as I had when I read For Whom The Bell Tolls. A bittersweetness, but maybe it was just the fact that I had completed a couple hundred hrs. of gameplay. Where as it certainly wasn't anywhere as powerful, just the fact that I was reminded about of it, to me, was an achievement. Most rpg romances are pretty lousy though. I would like to see better romances, but most likely won't.

So in theory you've been dreaming about Nicky Katts or the Hoff? Oh looks like its time for a little GoD's patented predictability

I was wondering what people "think' happens when we dream. Feel free to get a scientific or philosophical as you want.
  16. Uncle Tupelo- Punch Drunk ------And then Uncle Tupelo - Moonshiner --------And then Uncle Tupelo Live at Mountain Stage
  17. I know what you mean GoD. The other day I was watching old episodes of 90210, and it was the Goth one, you know when Brenda gets bit by a bat, and I was so depressed I couldn't even watch it all. Oh entropy during the night you pleasured me in so many ways, but now that its morning you've filled me with your regret.
  18. And this was a dream you had?
  19. Ya it actually sounds like a pretty sweet deal
  20. GITS? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ghost In The Shell
  21. Plus you're suppose to have less trouble actually running the games. But don't tell alot of people who bought K2 that
  22. Wouldn't you have a cyberbrain like in GITS

I can understand that What really bothers me about the article is that it doesn't even mention the rational conclusion that people who would be seeking to committ these sort of acts would seek these types of games. It estimates that roughly 70% of teenage males play these games, but makes no mention of what percentage of them commit acts like these vs. what percentage of the general populous commits similiar acts
