I could, I suppose, just send the card back, but I just know that would take forever and a day. I would need a set of tiny screwdrivers as well. I don't have anything like that lying around. So after some trial and error it turns out that it's the fan on my radeon 4850 that is making the howling noise. No sound when it's doing virus scan on quick mode (100% CPU load) How hard is it to replace the stock fan on one of these things. I don't have a lot of modder's savvy.

Vats is silly, I think most of us agree, only I don't think Obs will be allowed to touch it since it was one of the big selling points for the game. It tries do retain action points and elements of turn based combat, but it doesn't work. It's a free for all, the enemies just stand around and watch their heads explode. I think we can hope that the size of your stimpack stash is not going to be the all overshadowing factor of whether you live or not. Were I king I would replace VATS with a called shot feat. One shot at increased accuracy/crit with a cooldown factor, say 4-5 seconds of actual game time.

Homeworld, or Homeworld Cataclysm. The homeworld 2 AI punishes you for playing well and rewards you for being a tard. It's called 'adaptive AI' and it completely ruins the single player experience. On the plus side the fleet management works a little better, squadrons instead of single strike craft, easy selection, etc.

I thought Knowing was a cheesy hack job, but that's just me I guess. Predictable, dramatic high points marred by over acting, no sense of humor about itself.
