This is what I do. I get a few stares while taking strolls around the office, don't care. I have no idea if there is any medical evidence for it, but I also found sleeping on the floor completely stretched out on my back helped.

I haven been this excited about a new movie in at least a decade. (Prometheus) I kinda like the suggestion that the Aliens aren't the focus of the story at all, but merely window dressing in the navigator ship.

Considering the interest in this game it really is a shame that there is no mod scene at all above a few cosmetics and save game editing owing to the file format protections.

It's a bit like an unbuffed Arnold, although I don't see a big budget Hollywood production with nudity featuring prominently. Aestethically it's a shame though.

I think I remember a comic like that. It's disney on the other hand, which probably means it isn't allowed to be too interesting or X rated, you have to be able to drag your kids there.

Of course it matters whether you are being taken for a ride or not. Paying a huge premium for a tiny mission extra dialouge and a party member which nevertheless is very integral to continuity and the plot. Trying to force Bioware to change the ending, that is pretty stupid on the other hand.

The ending is kinda lame, well all of them are. I would not have preditcted these levels of hissy fit though.

I've been over 100 kg but I'm nearly two meters tall. Theres a gym right next to where I work, and I wouldn't mind looking a bit more muscular, or rather look like I had any, but I can't be arsed bringing a change of clothes every day. If I don't commit to doing the gym thing every day my morale crumbles and lazyness wins over.

I can never get myself to max out the arsehole points, mostly wind up with twice as many blues as reds. Most of those 'dilemmas' are so hopelessly cheesy I stick to the neutral option even if it benefits me nothing.

I tend to agree. If you actually chose to sacrifice yourself that would mean something. If it happens regardless it means nothing. Especially since they killed Shepard off for no real reason in Me2, unless you consider it terribly important that he wind up 'half machine'.

I don't think the ending took away from all the quality content in the middle. It just kinda fizzled when you had been waiting for fireworks.

How about former squad members, indoctrinated.

They had Martin Sheen, why didn't they force as much Martin Sheen in there as the thing would bear. What little there was was awesome. To me it felt like a final level was missing. Fight your way through remaining Cerberus to duke it out with Illusive man in reaper tech mechs. Probably would have been a bit much on second thought. It was a bit anti climatic just wobbling around with a basic pea shooter, constantly irrirtated at how long it took to get to things. Kinda like the dream sequences. The writers assumed a level of emotional investment which wasn't present.

The Japanese had a legacy of democracy, going strong actually before the militants won everyone over. It was easy to return to after the ultra nationalists were so thoroughly defeated. Also a competent beurocracy which had begun to embraced merit over croneyism and nepotism, in fact gotten farther along those lines than many allied countries. Afghanistan is still based around tribal leaders and local allegiances. Much of their recent national identity comes from the Taliban and defeating the Russians. Maybe the only thing that can hold a country like that together is a larger than life nationalist, a tyrant. Or maybe that's defeatist, I don't know.

It's not a 3,5 of 10 game though. Not even close, so I tend not to believe that score.

You forget about the bad beginning because it's very short. For the ending the expectation must be that they deliver on all their talk about consequences. It does rather resemble a hatchet job in the manner of KOTOR. The middle gets quite good, so expectations are raised.

I wonder if they realise that they are subliminally indoctrinating their gamers to want to shoot boys in gray hoodies in the back of the head.

I don't understand why there are still unskippable cutscenes around. From what I have been able to gather the reason is not technical. It's loading or clearing the cache in the backgound. So why ?.
