Choice is an illusion created between those with power and those without. Who was that again, Nietzsche ?

I quite like it so far. Not using biotics on my squad as they make everything a bit too easy. The barebones game feels complete enough, doesn't bother me. Without being specific ;the dream cutscenes are anoying, too much on the nose. Also, this may differ depending on your choices, but it seems like an epedemic of NPC last stands and charging off to die in a blaze of glory.

What are the technical limitations of making pixels that small I wonder, and why don't they use those tiny tiny pixels on their big screens.

Yes, but the posts got lost behind all these posts about transvestite trolls or something. 1st impression for now is, it's game mechanically better than 2. The everything button sucks. Either you do a roll when you are trying to open a door or whatever, or you force yourself to play the game slower. There are arrows on the screen to indicate what direction you will roll if you press the everything button while in cover. This really shouldn't be necessary, in fact i'd say it's a strong clue that something is really borked. I don't understand it at all. Controllers have a bazillion buttons, loads of combinations are possible. So why the unicycle approach to getting around. Haven't played the game propper, maybe you get used to it, but I kinda doubt it.

Funny how these things go. The same people would likely be all *rrwarrr* at some hot lesbian action.

Are the Me2 presets there or are they replaced. All the Male shep faces were horrible except the default one. The females faces had one or two cool ones if you spent the time fiddling around with it. I don't like any of the new Me3 more cartoony ones.

When I get home I'm going to lock all the doors and turn off the intercom and my phones and play Me3

Ohh come on, fat people are not a minorty, they're lazy. Well except those with a genuine genetic disorder.

I cant believe they felt compelled to include a transvestite NPC. Seriously, I had no idea the transvestite community had such numbers! I guess hermaphrodites will have to wait until ME4. Gay is so ten years ago, how are you going to shock with that. Trans gender rights, or whatever, is in vouge. Probably since they more than any other group still experience the sharp end of discrimination (pun intended). Which is all good, live and let live and all that. Too bad they aren't all as hot as Ashley Williams. There is this one 'girl' who goes to the same supermarket as me. Ugh...

Kinda bizarre isn't it, the interest in a game is at its highest before you even really know what you are dealing with. Hence these VPN shinanegans just to shave a few hours off being able to play. Game publishers have found a way to tap into repressed memories of having to stare at the christmas presents for ages before being alowed to open them. It's not healthy behavior and should not be rewarded by preordering.

It's not about the plot. The plot is going to suck, this can be predicted with confidence. Getting there will hopefully be interesting.

Do they still have firewalker in ME3 though. I thought that was mostly a flop. Craft wasn't responsive or very fun to drive around.

Setting up the next cataclysm. Find the orb and return it to mount doom perhaps.

I hear they do ninja shows there, a la the live roleplay viking/knigth fights we have here.

It's because you get riled up so easily. He could have gone ranting on for hours about some other country and no one would have even noticed. It's a bit like the Muslims and Mohammed.

Oldboy network credentials like private schooling are still important then. I imagine a name brand university would be much more important to completing the image, but horror stories from an all boy college probably doesn't hurt either. Jolly good man, hurrahh etc.

No, not Me1 combat. Something better than both. Also what the hell is HMWA X ?

It occurs to me that ME3 might have benifited from a radial map and some forwarning of enemy positions. It would give you something to sneak up on, a reason to set up an area for defence with mines, turrets, whatnot. A good way to arrange set piece firefights. The problem comes from using the same kind of spawning all the time instead of mixing it up as much as possible. The enemy should show up behind you after you have been camping for too long, that kind of thing.

Well that and the fact that you had all these powers to chose from, but you can only use one at a time so you could just as well spam whatever had the smallest recharge time. Combo effects require squad members, not how I wanted to play the game. You might as well just chose a combat class for the extra weapons and take a biotic bonus power.

I was wondering about the legality of forcefully removing someone in the middle of the night from their home. notwithstanding parental consent . Can that be really be legal. Nevermind what kind of 'boot camp' organisation it is, that's kinda beside the point.
-
You could have 2 waves instead of 3 if you took the spawn points in Me2, that's how I remember it anyway. Could be wrong.
-
ME2 didn't have any memorable characters to me. Except Martin Sheen, arguing with him was very satisfying. He can't be the mysterious behind the sceenes operator calling you on the not a holo deck

Maybe they performed an autopsy. Could reveal what if any medical treatment he recieved, which could offer some small direction in discovering how much the Pakistani military establishment knew. I don't think they had any sinister interest in the cadaver itself.

Weyland Utani is actually a real company, or was. Simply by coincidence. Although if you do a web search for it now you would never find it for Alien references.

Mobile technology keeps the Military up at Night...
