It's not bad. Overall better then most of what's available on Netflix, which is sadly not a high bar. I can't put my finger what makes his first 2 specials (non netflix ones) so much better than the ones he did on Netflix. I don't know if it's because he changed up his act, in the netflix specials he is really doing the cool guy act and he sprinkles in the other personas, where as in the first two he was jumping from persona to persona. Maybe it's the bits themselves, he has gotten really preachy in the netflix specials and every bit he does serves to make a point about the agenda he is pushing. Either way it's a good watch that got a few smiles out of me.

Just a QOL thing for anyone who wants to switch windows without the game minimizing. Add -popupwindow to steam launch options and in the game settings set it to windowed. I have no clue why this isn't by default.

How do you figure? They were getting their gas from the Russian even before it, now they just eliminated the in between countries and any scenario where said countries could cause a break in the supply chain. They probably have cheaper gas now.

Sounds like you have your dream home. If you are really considering it though, my advice would be to start looking at places/houses and see what's out there and if there's anything that grabs you and would make sense financially. You're in no hurry.
