  1. Because it makes it seem like you are doing everything you can.
  2. What was the consensus on bombing of Yugoslavia? I can only imagine.
  3. Sliced bread is disgusting. I'm neutral to chaotic evil for regular bread, lawful neutral when I'm forced to have sliced bread.
  4. I do get that felling of "did I write that?", but if I think on it hard enough and try to get in to the frame of mind I was in that moment, then I can usually get to that same point. Trouble is that emotion are in the driver seat most of the time.
  5. My 30th was the year for me. I had those questions pop up in my head before, but I always had the excuse that I'm still young and in my period of life when I'm deciding what to do with it. (to the other people here, I know that being in your 30s is still young, but you have to admit that at this point you are no longer a kid and need to have some **** figured out). Anyways I'm not unhappy with where I am in life, but I still wonder if I'm maybe missing out on some things... Guess you got the better firmware...
  6. I don't follow tennis, so at the end of the day I'm not that invested. As Malc said, I don't shed many tears for millionaires. I doubt the number will change much. From the start we never had issues with vaccine supply, so whoever wanted to get it got it. The number may change for scenarios where people need to travel and want to avoid the hassle, but I imagine that would be on the level of a statistical error.
  7. He and his wife are a bunch of weirdos, he is into some spiritual stuff. But even if they weren't, half the people here are not vaccinated. As to why he personally doesn't want to I can't say, I don't know him. He probably had the virus and was asymptomatic, so he doesn't get anything from it. As I said a little under 50% are vaccinated, as to following general advice, from what I saw more do then don't.
  8. Happy birthday KP! Welcome to the years where you start asking yourself what you have done with your life. Joking aside, I wish you all the best.
  9. Not that I'm defending Djokovic and his weird lifestyle, but as far as I know he is pro choice and has not been advocating for people to not get vaccinated. As for what is happening right now, the biggest blame here can be laid on Australia. If you set the rules then stick to them and not do a 180 as soon as people get pissed off. They have even imprisoned another tennis player for deportation who already played a match in the tournament... Wonder what will happen with the other players who got in on the same visa. Also I'm laughing at France schadenfreude-ing from this whole situation. They are really pissed off about that submarine deal...
  10. The west will protect dictators when it suits and serves their interests. Montenegro has a dictator in power for 30 years now, for reference longer than even the Belorussian president.
  11. Watching other people play on the map, it looked very interesting. Guess it's a different pair of shoes when you play it yourself.
  12. Yeah, the only reason I know is because I watched a streamer, who in turn got told by chat. Though he didn't encounter any issues that I noticed on those maps.
  13. Wait, did you know how the walls work? Was it just buggy?
  14. I did get your point. I was just poking some fun.
  15. @majestic Of all the songs you picked that one... It's a popular song I guess and it won eurovision, but man am I sick of it by now. Here is something much better.
  16. I really disliked Don't Look Up, it just wasn't funny or interesting. I guess it was more for the US audience.
  17. Yes, it's even told in the video I linked, but they still fulfilled the role they were designed for, it's just that the enemy it was meant to combat never came to be. Just like the sr-71 was not very useful for any actual reconnaissance of mainland Russia and was made obsolete by satellites. I get what you are saying, I'm not trying to strawman. What I'm trying to say is that they were good enough for what they were made to do. It's also a testament to their design that in spite of Soviet manufacturing capabilities they were able to that much. Some of the migs records still stand. The biggest mark against the mig-25 is that it's one of the ugliest plane the Soviets made.
  18. No, no I just caught my mistake there. I guess the hypersonic is the current trend now, so I just derped. Could they not just plate the missiles with what the space shuttles used, it's not like it needs to be reusable. As for the planes, I think they will go the way of the drones, where it will simply be quantity over quality.
