They are saying that the servers were set up to instantly go from for sale to out of stock, at least for the FE cards.

I was always under the impression that it was pretty easy to figure out how "worth it" the card is by measuring the length of your e-peen and comparing it to the previous gen. Seem like a pretty straight forward and quantifiable method. Joking aside depending on the availability of the cards in my country, I think this will be the first component I upgrade for my new setup. Leaning towards the 3080.

Never had issues with him, character wise. Especially considering how old the game is.

The Boys is just more of the same for me, so it kind of lost its shock factor, still ok. Still on the fence on Raised by Wolves, will need to see more before I see where I stand with this show.

I don't think there will be much difference, the non-reference coolers scatter the exhaust inside the case, this one is just a little more direct on the second fan, besides the popular choice for coolers nowadays is AIO water coolers which in most setup scenarios pull the air from outside of the case.

Cobra Kai is surprisingly a good show. I recommend trying it out.

I'm running a 2k monitor that has a 165 refresh rate so I don't know, I think the 3070 would do the trick and I don't play games that much anymore, but on the other hand the card is going to last me for about 4 years probably so it may not be a bad idea to go for the 3080.

I'm thinking of going from my 970 to an 3080. I'm definitely upgrading, but am unsure if I should go for the 3070 or the 3080. I dislike that the 3070 is using the older gen memory. Guess I'll wait for reviews like everyone else. Wonder how the reference coolers will preform compared to the non-reference ones, because the design looks really great.

Playing the new dlc for Control. As for the game so far, I would say it's good. Not amazing or anything like that, but it keeps you engaged and the lore is interesting enough for you to pay attention to it.

This is just a boomerang of the Microsoft lawsuit that happened way back and why we have the N editions of Windows installations. The only way to get an app on an iphone is through the app store (can you even jailbrake an iphone nowadays?), this would be the same as if the only way to install game on Windows was through the Microsoft store. Monopoly laws are there for a reason and epic winning this would be a positive thing for the consumers as it would open up the apple and google ecosystem (android supports other app stores, but google heavily pressures manufactures against it).

Still playing Control. I don't know, the game isn't really impressing me, but it's keeping my interest and attention. It has it's moments, I guess the ending will let me decide where I stand on it.

I don't know if Control is supposed to have horror elements, if it is they are not working very well. Also some character models are the epitome of uncanny valley.

I tried to get in to HZD on PS4 and aside from motion sickens I got little else.

Playing Control, which seems to be a spin-off of Alan Wake. So far I haven't encounter any connections, but I heard there will be. The game on it's own is not bad, so far.
