I see nothing. At the :52 mark, all that's there is the player's Stronghold, and the hand of the giant statue that is buried there. The next scene is from the end of the prologue, as shown in streams. :53, sorry. where they're in a room and some "pillars" are against a wall, not the stronghold one. i did not see those prologue streams. but are those any sort of "the" pillars?

If Justin *is* the in-house composer, then of course, if he can do a good job (i.e., if so far the team has recognized his credit), he should be the main composer. that doesn't mean, however, that he can't keep with the ambient music and the majority of the soundtrack and let another composer do the theme song, much like Mass Effect did with Clint Mansell for 2 tracks alone, just for that larger-than-life feeling. a full-scaled orchestra is something that has no rival.... btw: i really like Soule's work in IWD.

Backer site

Indeed I do now see, when going to Manage Pledges, that the status is "Previously Used". I suppose this means it "went in" successfully. -

I believe I might have screwed up something? When I went to manage pledges initially I did as it was told in the email, I saw my donation there and followed the process of Select Reward. But now when I go to my profile to select my "Orders", I have (Order Id removed): Order Placed | Order ID | Total Status | Payment | Fullfilment December 11, 2013 1:04 AM - | $0.00 | Confirmed | None | Pending not sure if this is normal at all. if "None" because I payed already in kickstarted or if I did something wrong somewhere. someone else seeing this? edit: I received an email saying my "order" was confirmed... (!?) -
for real? "real" stuff inside the game? no, please no! :D a) wrist watch b) table watch c) mobile phone d) steam overlay all better =)

Do you want Alpha Protocol 2?

I would love AP2 as much as Homeworld 3. They're just as likely to come out -
Kiting enemies or "How not to do AI"
dropko replied to Hormalakh's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Stories (Spoiler Warning!)
add enemy behaviour. not all enemies need to be "groupies". some individual creatures, even when grouped-in-waiting, could be kited if they don't have herd instincts (or are stupid animals, like chikens). humanoids should always "call out" others. if not, others should "hear" them, unless some are mute and others are deaf, for example (either by nature or by spell). -
for some quests, it makes perfect sense. when told "please hurry" or "reach asap", there should be some time awareness. no really tight limitations, but a quest to "save" someone in immediate danger must not mean I can wander for months and resume as if nothing happened. common sense should be valid, since wasting more than 24h game time, a week game time, or interrupting the given quest to do something else. I like that sense of being in something that is alive instead of waiting for me.

I love everything with vegetation, rocks, caves. I don't like desert but I like beaches. And I utterly dislike "volcanoes" and lava-abundant, hell-referencing environments.

I wouldn't mind firearms in the game. When I knew of Fable 3's setting I thought I would hate it, but in the end it was nicely implemented. There were long range precision rifles and more generic short range disperse shot handguns. Neither was overpowered and it felt right according to the period. I didn't like it that much, because of play style rather than implementation, so normally it was me with a sword in the middle of a crossfire (cool!). That said, if the setting is clearly medieval-looking, it won't "feel right". Unless they are not gunpowder-style and, as said before, not abundant and associated with a specific race or specialization (preferably, one that can't specialize in Magic to still have projectile ability of some sorts).
