I joined the Navy at 18 because at the time I didnt have much going for me. While I did graduate high school my career consisted of bouncing from one crap job to another (dishwasher, busboy, etc...). One day I realized if I didnt get my ass in gear thats all I was going to have in life. So, I signed up and spent 8 years touring the world and getting educated as an aircraft electrician. I got out as an E-5 (Aviation Electricians Mate 2nd Class) and firmly belive it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made in my life.

I didnt even know the second D&D flick was out, cool. Anyway, watched Freedomland. Pretty bad. One of my favorite actors, SLJ, seems to have degenerated to only being able to yell his lines. Huge plot hole (he "ownes" those projects but didnt know there was a white lady working in the basement with the children for years) and bad acting all around. Meh.

Thats an interesting point I learned about when the UK busses got bombed. Another board I used to frequents population is mostly British and most didnt seem the least bit bothered by the bombings. When asked why, they just stated that they were used to it from years and years of bombing from the IRA. I guess you get used to anything given enough exposure to it.

Doom: Unedited Surprisingly, this movie wasnt total crap and I actually liked the first person view it switched to briefly close to the end. Question: OK, so the tongue shooting bad guys all had psychopathic "gene markers" and turned into those big bad guys. What was the deal with all the others that just kinda looked like zombies?

Ive never played PS:T or any other game where you can charm/bluff/diplomat your way through a game. Dont you miss out on a ton of loot that would be otherwise scavenged from the corpses of your enemies? Ala, you had to kill Firkraag to get the HA.

Hoodwinked Kinda entertaining. Im a bit burnt out on talking animals and whatnot but my daughter loved it.

Thats the pits. When I lived in Florida I had an encounter with a fire ant mound while mowing the lawn and got bit up from knee to ankle on my left leg. Those little buggers hurt like hell. In another day or so little pustules may form on each bite (looks like a zit) so have fun with that.
