What you did today
All homes, even those with basements, are built on a foundation which fasten the home to its surrounding.

Food Thread!
The pizza we eat in the States is nothing like the pizza you would get in Italy, which is more akin to hot poop.

Assuming cellar = basement then the presence or lack thereof depends on your location. For example, up here in the North almost all homes have basements but in the South (IE: Florida) not one house has a basement. This is generally due to the fact that the water table is within 10-15 feet of the surface and the placement of a basement below that level would create a host of flooding/seepage problems.

The Credit Card Prank
I do the same although I get "points" instead of cash back. I use my card for almost 100% of my transactions. I cant remember the last time I paid for something with cash, hell, I dont even carry cash.

The Credit Card Prank
Giggles aside, I think that any mark you make from an "X" to a silly name is legally considered to be "your mark" of acceptance. Of course the vendor is supposed to check your card against your ID but thats unrelated to how you sign the document. I could also be wrong about all of that.

Man, broken ribs sucks. I broke 3-4 on my right side once during a particularly heinous bicycle accident and it friggin hurt to breathe for a week or so. Pulling a groin muscle is no picnic either.- Soo, my cat is stuck in a tree...
I dont think Ive ever actually seen a cat eat a bird, or mouse for that matter. When I lived in the South and had an outdoor cat it would bring dead birds, field mice, lizards, etc... and leave them at the back sliding door. It was almost like he was showing me his trophies and they were often still alive but he never ate a one of them.- Recommend Me A Good Solid-State MP3 Player

Nation Treasure 2: Book of Secrets Eh, it was alright I suppose. I like the series and Nick Cage in lead but this time it all just seemed a little over the top. His ability to enter some of the most secure rooms in the world with little more then a wink and a nod was starting to aggravate me a bit. 6.5/10- Iran, the Lion, and the Rancher
I vote for Venezuela. Plenty of oil*, close in location, and Id like to see Chaves get pimp slapped. *Dreams of the day I can fuel my SUV bus for .15 / gallon on the backs of broken Venezuelans.- master card moment
