At low levels, sure. Not so much when you reach higher levels. I mean, you can log on and belt out a few quests, maybe increase your professions skill levels, do some dailies, etc... in that time frame but one instance dungeon alone usually take about 1 hour.

If I were you I would go on a PvE server. You dont have to sweat being ganked or typing in crappy Scottish Dwarf, unless thats the experience youre looking for. Remember, MMO's are usually long term affairs and Id hate to see you get to level 50 or something and decide you dont like a server. Sure, you can just pay a few bucks and get moved to another server, but still. To be honest CG, Ive "known" you for a long time across a couple of boards, and knowing what you like in gaming Im not sure WoW is your bag. You have to like the carrot on a stick model and maybe be a little masochistic. Thats one of the things I love about WoW. With the proper effor, I can see incrimental improvement of my toon fairly regularly. I like sitting in front of my PC with a piece of paper furiously comparing what Im wearing to what I can upgrade too. On the down side is the grinding, and trust me, you WILL be grinding. The lions share of the quests are "go collect 10 Harpy gonads" and if there is an underlying story I still dont know what it is after four years of playing. You know I love WoW as much as I love oxygen itself, Im just trying to point out there is a huge gulf between WoW and the titles I see you rave about. By all means give the free trial a spin. If you want, join server Azjol-Nerub and look me up. Im Horde, Undead and Im cleverly named Gfted. Id be more then happy to take you under my rotting wing and drag you kicking and screaming to level 80.

About that hole. We see the one French guy get dragged there and ultimately lose his arm from the force. Flash forward to the next jump and Jin comes upon the beach and see two dead guys (both having both arms) then the other guy aiming the rifle at Danielle, who has both arms too. Wasnt there only a total of three Frenchmen that went down the hole including the guy dragged in? Shouldnt one of the bodies have been missing an arm? Creeped me out a little right after the guy that lost his arm went down the hole you hear him saying "help me...its left...Im hurt...". Dunno, just got this vibe like that was Smokey doing that trying to lure the rest in.

Lol, thats so true. My case was a civil case between a trucker and a repair shop. The trucker claimed the repair shop improperly repaired his carburetor and that cause massive engine failure. The plaintiff and defendant both trot in their "experts" on the matter while we nod sagely. Its just "who do you believe more / sounded more competent".

I dont think shes dead-dead. Didnt Parkman have a vision of him and her all married with a kid or something like that? So, applying the same logic they used on Hiro (he must be alive as Ando kills him in the future) I think that at some point Hiro will get his powers back and do a reboot on her dying. Or shes not dead at all and they just left that part hanging as you never see her definitively die.

Yeah, I got selected for jury duty late last year and it was a study in sucktitude. There were a bunch of us in a "pool" and I was certain I wouldnt get selected. Unfortunately, these damndable All American good looks of mine make me look like a concerned citizen and no matter how I answered the interview questions (even saying the opposite of the guy before me that got selected) I still got selected. The trial itself took 2 f-ing more days from 10:30am to 7:30pm before we ruled on the matter. I find that when you have to have a group consensus on something there is invariably some tool that "doesnt get it" or "needs further clarification". I was in a rage.
