I caved to the seductive powers of Steam and purchased the rediculously sale priced Borderlands. It was like $10.20 or something like that. Im also going to buy two of the three DLC's as they are also on sale for $3.29 each. The only one that didnt interest me was the PvP Arena one. Gotta say, Im happy with Steam so far. Fast download speeds and insanely cheap prices. Works for me. Didnt actually play the game yet but plan to later tonight.

It just blows my mind when that many people die in one event. I mean, I get it, dense population + poor construction but still, almost a quarter million! Same goes for the recent tsunami. Were not talking about 100ft wall of water here, like a 12 foot wave killed hundreds of thousands.

I havent played in years and the disks have long ago been packed into storage. Funny you should mention it though as just yesterday I found this 4 in 1 pack on Amazon for ridiculously cheap and am considering buying it. The only thing holding me back is Im not sure how it runs on Win7 64-bit and Im not one for hours of fiddling around trying to get something to work.

Today is my last day of work before taking a four day vacation to the glorious Wisconsin Dell's, the self titled "Waterpark Capital of the World!". Im pretty stoked.
