Why is it unrealistic/unsustainable? Weve never tried it so maybe it would work? We can borrow ideas from the Scandinavians; Step 1: tax the rich (natch)...Step 2: make those corporate fatcats pay...Step 3: create a whopper of a VAT system...Step 4: ???...Step 5: Profit!

I watched Prometheus the other day and I really dug it, but Im a little confused by the ending. I think this is the gist of it: This movie is a prequal to the Alien movies. The Engineers seeded multitudes of solar systems across the universe with their own genetic material, which is a match for we humans. Now this is where things get murky for me...at some point the Engineers "changed their minds" and decided to create a biological lifeform that would destroy the other lifeforms they already created? This is what is inside those urn looking things? And when the urn worms gestate, they turned into the tentacle monster that the doctor had removed from her abdomen? And that tentacle monster was the precursor to the facehugger? And since the tentacle monster facehugged the last living Engineer on the ship, and the xenomorphs take some genetic material from their hosts, that is why we see the creation of the first "traditional" Alien at the end? Whew.

Yeah, once you create the daily settings it just sits there doing its thing like any other thermostat, just sexier. But I have to give the Google Home app props for ease of installation and integration. You simply scan a QR code on the back of the thermostat and it provides step-by-step instructions right on your phone/tablet for install, connection to your wi-fi, various settings and features, etc. Its pretty slick.

I installed a new Nest thermostat the other day. Easy peasy and the power company around here gives you an automatic $75.00 instant credit, so they pretty much made me buy it. I entertained myself for a little while playing around with the settings via my phone and it looks all sexy on my wall compared to the old fashioned style thermostats.

Looks like the first six "mental health issues" can be instantly resolved with $1k/month/life. *shakes fist at the sky*
