Making it work with the party conversation system would likely be tricky. Plus, many of us prefer the oldschool style, especially for a game which is not really focused on story or long conversations. So the whole game is from the standard camera view? *deep sigh* I really dont like reading dialogue off a tiny box in the upper right corner of the screen. Im inclined to permanently shelf this, Im definently not enjoying it.

And Rorschach was initially The Question, but Moore wasnt allowed to use DC's intellectual property for the book that became Watchmen so he made up new names for them and changed em a bit. I find your lack of trolling skills disturbing. The standard answer is that the comics of today have a much higher litterary and artistic standard, and thus apeal to people of all ages. The number of comics made for mature readers, being illustrated litterature rather than evolved children's entertainment, have also increased singificantly since the rise of art/undergroud comics in the 1960's

Why arent they using the cutscene system in ZOH? Every dialouge so far has been oldschool NWN style, which is kind of gay. Didnt they want to do lipsyncing or what?

What is Ultimatum really? I thought that would mark the end of print of the Ultimate titles, but now I hear they wont close it down afterall? I think the Ultimates version of the characters are much more interesting that the standards. The regular ones were mostly kind of flat and very PG-13, whereas the Ultimates have human flaws and weaknesses that makes them alot more compelling to read about.

If I made a game Id cast John DiMaggio and Mighty rasta for every role.. except that of the hawt chick which would be that totally hawt chick from the game where she does the voiceovers to the hawt chick. I would also naturally have Jennifer Hale do the tighter, more dominatrix type hawt chick

Lies. Co-op is anus in NWN2. We tried to play it but half of us got separated and lost from the rest of the party, and the guys who werent lost got bored and went home.

Those are the kind of controls I like, instant response. Thats what I think every realtime game should have, but its often problematic to make it work with animations etc.

I wouldnt worry, PoP is more than likely to have a hardcore difficulty in order to appeal to gamers who like a challenge

If you absolutely must have platforming this christmas then i would recommend Tombraider: Underworld, it does everything ME claimed it would do(but doesnt) but in a fluent and non-crippled way. ...and anyone who racks down on GoW2 must be killed. They just threw in the less-than-awesome bits to make the rest of the game seem even more awesome than it is.

The one I play the most is rFactor which is essentially a racing engine, that has an enormous mod community so theres every imagineable form of racing available to it. From Formula 1 to vintage 1930's raccars. Second is any Simbin game really, from GTR to STCC. They all use fairly dated graphics so it should run on any PC. However, these are super-serious simulation games that takes some serious skill to play. Its awesome fun and really intense if you know what youre doing but I have a feeling youre not a simracer. ....thus, you must play mariokart. its the best and only arcade racing game you will ever need.

This game completely friggin' awsome! We got our computers to my place and ran through the first 2 campaigns this evening and everyone had a blast. Its especially gratifying to leave your friends to the zombies instead of helping them ..I survived to the end of both campaigns, obviously
