The idea makes sense, if I was developing a game and knew there was alot of talented people out there who could contribute with top notch skins, models and other things, I would definently implement them into the game as it was being developed.

I intended it to be for everyone, thats why I edited it since it could be inerpreted as being strictly for non-US citizens(the very first bit of text was to make it clear that the poll was for non-US peple too). I then edited it once more because there was no sense to have lots of text explaining something that no text at all could explain just as well.
