17 pages is too much to go through so Ill just make a short statement: They settlers were occupying Palestinian territory, they had no right to be there and their presence only served to worsen the conflict. And compared to what the Israeli have been doing to Palestinians, bulldozing their houses, moving them from camp to camp, internment etc. ; this is nothing.

Many statements made in this thread makes me cringe but as I am a gentleman, I shall remain civilised :D The evacuation of the sttlers from the west bank is the most significant real step towards peace in the region that has been taken in a long time. It will put an end to many of the smaller conflicts between Palestinians and Israeli settler backed my military, that has been acting as a fuel for the overall conflict. That this would increase terrorism is just prepostrous. If anything, it will remove the recruitment bases for the extremist organisations. They rely largely on recruiting deperate and angry people who have nothing left to loose, and if these people are instead given a chance to live a proper life without violence or opression, they wont join. There are only two ways to accomplish peace and that is by either completely eradicating the other side, or by coming to a peaceful agreement with them. You cannot end terrorism with force, unless you are prepared to do some truly monstrous acts.

Well, Im writing this from my computer now with tye card installed so I guess its working this far. Temperature level seems ok, havent really checked noise Dang, this *** is quiet!! ..except now the PSU fan seems to be going against something or has a faulty ball bearing or somesuch.. I can hear a faint "rrrr" from it

I did a second round of cleaning using a tops and more isopropanol and it is now as clean as can be. Ill mount the cooler now and we'll see if this works. but the card sure looks ugly now the stock cooler is bad and noisy but atleast it had some visual panage

Everything was going fine with the install of my new Zalman VF700 CU GFX cooler until I made a slight booboo Asus had put far too much therma grease on the GPU core so when i tried to remove it, some ended up on the tiny microconduits around the core. Ive sepnt 30min cleaning it with tops & Isopropanol but it seems impossible to get it completely 100% clean. (this is an older core but you can see the tiny conduit-thingies around the core itself) The grease is grey so i asume its silver based and commercial ones dont lead electricity but Im not sure what ASUS have been using, or if the conduits are even vulnerable in the first place. Dad the engineer says its fine but a friend of mine whos a fiddler says I shouldnt take any chances. What do you think?

Its strange that you get a checkerboard in place of the missing texture, I always get a clean purple surface that looks like its vertex shaded
