  1. Or your just not striking back hard enough. The real problem is there is no target as such. One of the most effective ways of cutting the terrorists nuts off is to destroy the regimes that are supporting them. But if you take that road you have to be 100% commited to it.
  2. There is a world of differences between having one and getting it to some sort of location. I do know of one way. But I'm not going to share just in case.
  3. It should have at least two votes then.
  4. Gamespot gave it 8.3 and made it sound quite interesting. No idea what the reader score is because I dont have flash installed on here.
  5. What, like 'Acme'? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Property of Osama Bin Laden.
  6. having 1GB of memory certainly helps, as does playing in short bursts rather than extended periods of time. It's not a bad idea to shut your comptuter down and restart the game after every major quest. The thing that really seems to drag the game down is when you transition a lot in a very short space of time.
  7. Still playing harvest moon. Had a bit of a set back a few days ago but i'm just about to pull in a bumper pineapple crop (with the help of the harvest sprites). Got a few more to add to the looking forward to list. Phoenix Wright:Ace Attorney - This one looks really interesting it's a sort of timed RPG where you have to interupt other conversations during arguements in court. Then gather evidence, question witnesses that sort of thing. Looks similiar to sprung, but nothing to do with dating. Lost in Blue - Which looks similiar to that Brook Shields film Blue Lagoon. You and a young girl are shipwrecked on an island and you have to surive. Supposed to have tons of endings which will change depending on what you actually do while on the island. Odama - which is a pinball game set against the backdrop of a war game. It's far more weird than that though and looks really interesting. Trauma Center looks interesting too although it's a bit further down the list than the others.
  8. Oddly enough thats what I thought when I saw the trailer before batman begins. Wonka comes across as some sort of demented peodophile.
  9. Actually I was refering to in this country rather than abroad.Abroad I've only visited a Budist temple but that was actually a good experience. In this country I've generally gone as a guest of someone. And they see that as me being some sort of potential convert I guess. It's not so much being turned away as being trapped in a room with a salesman trying to sell you something.
  10. Short of actually being an eye witness all you can do is look at sources and conclude what you can from then.
  11. Yes I speak from personal experience. Of course I dont claim its universal or anything perhaps I just picked unfriendly places to visit.
  12. Thats because it's much easier to see people preaching hate on the streets. It's not like visiting any religious service is a particularly welcoming experience unless your one of the flock (wow is that ever an appropriate term).
  13. Because they annoy me greatly as do the people addicted to them.
  14. I really hate the things
  15. Well thats because they do. The media does for the most part report what happens so if its happening they should report it. Otherwise that in censorship (and your only allowed to do that where the news piece would otherwise breach the rules like showing bits of people after a bomb or close ups of dead soldiers).
  16. If your actually enjoying the game then I dont think it matters. I spent two days wanadering around Morrowind and not caring. It was only when I got back to the main plot that I realised how easy my wanderings had made it and then I got bored.
  17. I was ok with Ninja Gaiden after a bit of practice so I think I'll be ok. Thanks very much definately pop out and get it tommorow.
  18. There is a new version in red
  19. You would be suprised. A lot of people see University as the point of no return and then your sort of stuck with whatever choice you made whether you like it or not. I went from a total geek doing HND engineering and working at a data recovery center to doing humanities and being a counsellor in the space of six years. But I've worked with people who are just unhappy but dont have the means to change careers. Part of me often wonders if I did design games would I still enjoy them in the same way. And I dont honestly think I would,I'd certainly have less time for it. I think its like being a porn star Something a lot of people think might be fun, but few people can actually handle as a career.
  20. Wouldnt you just take all the fun of having your finger on the nuclear button
  21. Depends who the target is It's quite possible this was planned in advance to be carried out if London won the bid. I'm not watching the news but from the reaction here it dosnt seem to be a particularly lethal sort of attack. More of a lets cause some disruption and sow a few seeds of doubt about Londons security. Could even be the french "secret service"
  22. I've heard people saying its better than NJG because its more forgiving on the lower difficulties. But if its like PoP then the jumping bits will drive me nuts without the sands of time rewind. PS2 only. But if you have an Xbox you have NJG
  23. Does this mean we get to invade someone ? It does seem tied to the Olympics though dosnt it.
  24. It's released here tommorow looks totally awsome but I need to know one thing before I rush out and buy it. Just how platformy is it ? 'Cause jumping around platforms and falling to my death is not something I enjoy.
  25. found some better screenshots on gamespot but thats all.
