Default LS male Revan *sigh*. I guess that's logical since the whole story was about redemption. But I wonder if the default is male LS, then will we see the romance between Bastila and Revan develop during TSL? :ph34r:

If in TSL, we do take on an apprentice, how would that work out in gaming terms? If we level up, do we then select an additional Force power for our apprentice to acquire? Or the Force power we select for ourselves will be given in a lower degree to our apprentice - or if it is a 1st tier Force power, maybe then they will get it free? I was thinking if this is the case, perhaps it would also extend to choosing our apprentice's feats. Or would training the apprentice work as side quests which would have to be activated through conversation? Just wondering how it would work out and if anyone else has any ideas.

I was watching Alien Nation, Farscape and a few other sci fi shows over the last few days, and I was wondering if in Kotor 3, could some of the sound track include music that sounded alien and background vocals in an alien language? Maybe when you land on an alien planet like Manaan or somewhere. I'm just suggesting this because it would lend to the authencity of the game and make it feel like you are in a space faring adventure.

Yes, I agree that Revan's fate would probably have influenced the game. I think indirectly Revan was the cause for this current period of unrest. 1) She/He participated in the Mandalorian War, helping to weaken the Republic. 2) She/He initiated the Jedi Civil War, helping to weaken the Jedi. 3) She/He did or did not destroy the Star Forge, either destroying most of the Republic or Sith forces. Either way, I don't think Revan's swirling destiny ended at the Star Forge, and would continue to influence the course of the universe while he/she lives. Now, if your pc also has a swirling destiny, it would be interesting to see how these two destinies clash/strengthen each other in TSL.

I would like to see some of the old crew return in significant cameos, that is Bastila, HK 47 and Canderous. I think it's most likely that Bastila would return (if you answered the questions that would allow her to be alive after Kotor 1) because by the end of the Star Forge, she had become more powerful in the Force and I reckoned that five years later under Darth Revan or LS Revan tutelage, she would have become even stronger. Perhaps she will have to save your pc during the game - at least here's hoping that she makes a cameo like that :D I do want to the characters from both game be able to return for Kotor 3 though

I think when you hit level 15 or higher, your character will be required to make a decision in the story and that gives you the chance to gain prestige class. When I read this topic, I can't help thinking about that Korriban screencap posted awhile back where your evil PC is recovering from an assault, surrounded by dark Force clouds. The subtitle said something like (I'm probably misquoting): the attack did not kill you but you feel your darkness grow inside of you.

That's not exactly what I meant. I meant that the reason why the lightsaber is special is because Revan gave it to you during the Mandalorian Wars as a sign of his admiring your courage and fighting ability or bravery etc. But I agree with your wanting to meet up with Revan at a climatic part of the game. The action is getting thick and you are almost done with whatever your mission is and... BOOM here comes the man, the myth, the legend REVAN!!! (w00t) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I also like the idea of Revan giving you a special lightsaber in recognition of your leadership and heroism in the Mandalorian Wars. Maybe the lightsabre heightens your connection to the Force, giving your more Force points/Force regeneration points?

I remember it being mentioned that we might get them. Can't remember where. I also remember Akari neither confirming or denying it in one of the Weekend Programmer's posts. If they are in, perhaps they can only be implemented by Dark Siders as Sith tattoos.

I had several ideas about why your PC was sent into exile: 1. He was a spy sent by the Sith to spy on Revan and Malak while they were still light siders. They found out, and exiled him. 2. Your character made a drastic strategical error while in a command of a mission and as a result, hundreds of lives were lost. 3. You left your comrades to die in battle in order to gain personal glory. 4. You killed your fellow Jedi in order to climb ranks. Btw, thanks Chris for the comments.

I don't think it's possible that your PC could be Revan unless the remnants of the Jedi Council captured you, wiped your mind and replaced your identity with a dead Jedi knight who served under Revan....which Obsidian probably won't do because that's de ja vu all over again. I think Sion cares about finding Kreia because she'll help your character connect to the Force. I agree with Jedi Master D Murda, that Kreia will probably have to sacrifice herself for you. I also have the feeling that maybe in an epilogue, your character might meet Revan. But that's just a feeling. Btw, Vader killed Obi Wan in Episode 4

Darth Sion: She is here. Find her. I think he means Kreia or maybe a powerful Jedi/Sith ally you have in your party. I wish I could hear the line: Destroy the Jedi. Destroy them all.

I admit that Jedi assault teams are pretty much unstoppable but having the potential to teach some of your party members to become Jedi....the Force works in mysterious ways I guess.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}> :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> just in regards to that I was wandering if you got to see the face of the female sith because wouldnt it be wierd if Atris was the female sith and she dissapeared everytime or when the female sith turns up. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. It would also make for a neat ending on whether or not you turn light or dark side like kotor 1 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So the last Sith Lord is Visas Marr?... interesting.

I would go for two Free force powers.
