I can't believe it, either. That is her name, though she is not from there. She's part white, part Latina, and totally from a late-night forgotten dream.
-
She said yes. Technically she asked me, and somehow I managed to reply. Sunday we'll go see five armies battle, then come back to my place and put together this brand new pub table I got for the kitchen. Yes, that is a euphemism, though there really are two unopened boxes on the floor. We finally introduced ourselves, she's named for one of the seven continents, and is every bit as alluring as the best that faraway land has to offer. Gonna have a drink, now, and try not to faint.

Went to my BFF's for tacos, steak and chicken, magic pinto beans, Mexican rice, homemade-crust apple pie, Longboard Lagers with lime, a bevy of mixed drinks. Inbetwixt all of this was a facetime call to Brasil wherein it was confirmed how ridiculously attractive her cousin is, on the couch in a bikini top. Santa delivered big, today.

Oh thank god, that means I'm not 40 and this girl is not 20. Whew, close one.

Please, Santa, let me have an NBC 7 San Diego giant pound cake with Megan Tevrizian and Dagmar Midcap fighting their way out of. Just took this of Megan with my phone. She joins Greg Bledsoe on the desk. Interestingly, I painted Greg's downtown condo, next to Petco Park, and he totally gave a mega potted fake palm tree. It's in my kitchen right now. From her official page.

Working out ... work gives me a workout, plenty of lifting and cardio. I'm good. Would like to know how Shady's tamales turned out, however. As if I need to ask, how amazing they were, but it's the thought that counts.

X-Men was decent, X-Men 2 was good, 3 was bleh. You can skip Origins, its just plain bad, but The Wolverine is probably almost on par with X2. First Class and Days of Future Past are the best ones. Somehow I missed this, exactly correct assessment. I thoroughly enjoyed Logan's Japan adventure, and you're right, First Class and Days are worth re-watching. The confluence of Xavier and Magneto as both older and younger was fantastic, and I almost totally didn't cry when Logan sees Jean's red hair in the doorway ...

Am taking this and running, as fast as we can go, downhill, or up, doesn't matter, will use a motor. -

So, Bruce, are you taking Nerf to the coast cottage. How did that go, anyway, sorry to ask, asking for a friend in need of confidence asking out a super-hot paramour. -
Yeah, you gotta rock the wrap you got. This latitude got corn, not bananas. Don't hate.

Aw, jeez, I hope he's not moving to the east coast, or worse, Texas. Make sure you pack plenty of flip-flops and keep a soundtrack of ocean waves and motionless freeways. -
tamales. yum. you use lard, yes? lard is love. HA! Good Fun! I'm having chicken fried steak for your birthday, boom. Also, the best tamale ever, came wrapped in a big green banana leaf. It was what you call sumptuous, presumably with lard love baked in, I don't know.

Has this been covered already, what's wrong with going downhill ... you don't have to pedal, you can see where you're going, you can build all the speed you want, it's super exciting. There's a reason they call them uphill battles, no one wants to work twice as hard for half the distance. Use gravity, use it, don't fight it. I agree, role-playing games have been going downhill for years. -
Thanks, you too. Now that you mention it, it's a little chilly in here. And sweaty.

Aw, jeez, Philip Rivers has a herniated disc, now I feel like a dope bagging on him during the losing streak.

Come on, let's see a new Sherman's march to the sea, of Cortez, razing Phoenix and their fans to the ground.

It's true, Wold, a contest between unseen forces is inevitable, and, as it turns out, integral. My personal style is not to prevent or remove chaos, but manipulate and transform it with my hands beyond the ability to revive--at least for a time. People do laud the perception of cleanliness, as the most efficient means to an end, but especially because my workplace occupies the same space where they rest, eat, sleep: they see how I begin anything, and become confident in how I'll do everything. Since everywhere I go is different--alternate realities with varying levels of chaos--the simplest way to achieve next-level appreciation is to make it part of the process. That includes cleanliness, but as a foundation, or a stage, to more easily catch, trap, and transform bits of splintered chaos to my will.

Any concrete evidence sodium intake decreases hangover effects ... two bags of Doritos the other night and no morning sickness. Also, these Really Seedy Multigrain Tortilla Chips are super delicious ... sesame seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, all on a chip, this whole bag may not last five minutes.- 530 replies
