  1. Isn't Cantousent near San Bernardino ... Cant! Are you alright!
  2. I don't watch Arrow usually, but the crossover was really good. Legends of Tomorrow could be a lot of fun. Apparently there was a BvS trailer I missed during commercials, featuring Wonder Woman. I'll see if I can find it, brb. *okay, yeah, Diana kills, but Lex Eisenberg scares me in an uncomfortable way. Great to see Supes, though.
  3. I don't know what that is, but it sounds like a pirate would really enjoy it.
  4. Got all invested in SHIELD's new characters this season, now she's dead--right after kindly opening Phil's ketchup packet, without being asked to, since he has only one hand.
  5. The pepperoni grilled cheese worked fine, but not fantastic--I'm guessing simply not enough time to cook the juices out before the cheese melts. Then I re-realized that jalapeƱos improve everything, so I added a bunch of those and pepper jack cheese and now I can't feel my face.
  6. Two for two from Lagunitas Brewing. Their IPA is much friendlier than Stone's, for me, and the Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale is good to go. Lagunitas claims to be from Petaluma, California, Sonoma County, which I understand is Bay Area wine territory. Where the beer flows like wine, and the women flock instinctively like the salmon of Capistrano.
  7. Yeah, I chose analogies poorly.
  8. C'mon Denver, show those silver tea spoons how the West was won.
  9. Hey, Rottweilers suffer no humiliation.
  10. Congrats to both of you! Except I wouldn't wish any man the burden of two wedding anniversaries to the same woman every year.
  11. I think I would rather eat paste than drink pinot, but to each her own. Congratulations, Berkeley.
  12. Both volumes, Kill Bill. The second movie has aged well, I enjoyed it more than when it was in theaters. The first one is comedy gold, Sonny Chiba transcends, and Lucy Liu is why I still watch Elementary.
  13. Same, GIFTCON 1 extends from October through February, three holidays and five birthdays--not including Valentine's Day or anniversary days, which I gave up on, because, anxiety. It's not so bad, being single, until your friends invite you out, and then you're all, derp.
  14. Plus we get Ahsoka in both series SPOILER
  15. The original theatrical release versions? Even with the original female/warped-looking Emperor Palpatine in The Empire Strikes Back? For sure, probably, although I haven't re-watched the original Episode V yet. Last night in Episode IV, not only does Han shoot first, he's the only one who shoots ... Greedo is straight-up murdered. It's a whole different film, better and more intense than I remember.
  16. Chargers head coach Mike McCoy walks out of press conference after evil Nazi SJW ESPN interrogator Eric Williams won't stop saying, "I'm not touching you ... I'm not touching you." http://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/sports/WATCH-McCoy-Walks-Out-of-News-Conference-354139251.html
  17. Blow-out Thursday in effect. Hopefully Bears/Packers will take four quarters to finish.
  18. There's no debating with it. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/66394-dragon-age-inquisition/page-6?do=findComment&comment=1465303
  19. Perused my dusty DVD library and found the 2006 release of Star Wars, Episodes IV-VI. Somehow, I had no memory of them. I checked the back jacket and, diabolically, they include the original theatrical versions. At first I screamed, then cried a little, then trembled in the face of 1977. It didn't even matter how poor the video transfer was, or the 2.0 audio ... the content was real and un-retouched by Lucas. Had I known this trilogy would be available on Amazon for $325.00 in 2015 ... I might not have gifted a set to my brother ten years ago.
  20. Everything is half-off at Lucky Brand, so I picked out the extent of my cosplay to see Force Awakens.
  21. Don't know if it would add flair, but Brazilian cheese bread is my new favorite holiday edible. Not quite bite-sized, they're little hot round bread balls infused with cheese that you open like a biscuit, put butter on it, or any topping, or nothing, or eat it whole. Pao de queijo.
  22. Gone again, man, that is a popular item.
